    Obiectivul general al proiectului il reprezinta imbunatatirea nivelului de competenta profesionala a unui numar de 330 angajati din 37 intreprinderi care activeaza sau urmeaza sa activeze in sectoare economice cu potential competitiv identificate conform SNC si in domeniile de specializare inteligenta conform SNCDI localizate in Regiunea Sud-Muntenia, in scopul imbunatatirii accesului egal la invatarea pe tot parcursul vietii, a actualizarii competentelor si a sporirii flexibilitatii si competitivitatii acestora pe piata muncii. Proiectul contribuie la indeplinirea OS 3.12 al AP3, OT 8, PI 10.iii si a rezultatelor asteptate ale acestuia intrucat are drept scop imbunatatirea nivelului de cunostinte/competente/aptitudini al angajatilor intreprinderilor care-si desfasoara activitatea intr-unul dintre sectoarele economice / domeniile identificate conform SNC si SNCDI, prin organizarea si derularea de programe de formare profesionala sau de programe de evaluare si certificare a competentelor profesionale. Obiectivul specific al apelului si rezultatele asteptate vor fi indeplinite prin implementarea urmatoarelor masuri: - Derularea unei campanii regionale de constientizare privind importanta si necesitatea participarii angajatilor la programe de FPC ce va viza minim 100 de intreprinderi care-si desfasoara activitatea intr-unul dintre sectoarele economice / domeniile identificate conform SNC si SNCDI; - Dezvoltarea competentelor profesionale pentru minim 220 de angajati ce vor participa la cursurile de formare profesionala, dintre care minim 203 vor fi certificati; - Evaluarea competentelor profesionale pentru minim 110 angajati ce vor participa la procesele de evaluare si certificare a competentelor profesionale, dintre care minim 102 vor fi certificati; - Acordarea de sprijin unui numar de minim 4 intreprinderi care-si desfasoara activitatea intr-unul dintre sectoarele economice / domeniile identificate conform SNC si SNCDI in vederea elaborarii, introducerii si monitorizarii unor programe de invatare la locul de munca. Efectul pozitiv pe termen lung al proiectului este asigurat de maniera integrata de oferire a serviciilor acestuia catre beneficiarii din grupul tinta precum si de acoperirea integrala a tuturor aspectelor ce vizeaza procesul de formare profesionala a angajatilor intreprinderilor care-si desfasoara activitatea intr-unul dintre sectoarele economice / domeniile identificate conform SNC si SNCDI, respectiv: - Cresterea gradului de constientizare a angajatorilor privind importanta si necesitatea participarii angajatilor la programe de FPC; - Dezvoltarea competentelor angajatilor cu competente insuficiente, incomplete sau neadaptate noilor cerinte de pe piata muncii, prin participarea la programe de formare profesionala; - Certificarea competentelor angajatilor care detin deja competentele asociate unei calificari dar nu au dovada acestora, prin participarea la procese de evaluare si certificare a competentelor; - Asigurarea furn (Romanian)

    The general objective of the project is to improve the level of professional competence of a number of 330 employees from 37 enterprises that operate or are going to work in economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to the NCNS and in the fields of intelligent specialisation according to SNCDI located in the South-Muntenia Region, in order to improve equal access to lifelong learning, update their skills and increase their flexibility and competitiveness on the labour market. The project contributes to the achievement of OS 3.12 of AP3, OT 8, PI 10.iii and its expected results as it aims to improve the level of knowledge/skills/skills of the employees of the enterprises operating in one of the economic sectors/areas identified according to the NCS and SNCDI, by organising and conducting training programs or programs for the assessment and certification of professional competences. The specific objective of the call and the expected results will be achieved by implementing the following measures: — Running a regional awareness campaign on the importance and necessity of employees’ participation in CVT programs that will target a minimum of 100 enterprises operating in one of the economic sectors/areas identified according to the NCS and SNCDI; — Development of professional skills for a minimum of 220 employees who will participate in the training courses, of which a minimum of 203 will be certified; — Assessment of professional competencies for at least 110 employees who will participate in the processes of assessment and certification of professional competences, of which at least 102 will be certified; — Providing support to a minimum of 4 enterprises operating in one of the economic sectors/areas identified according to SNC and SNCDI in order to develop, introduce and monitor work-based learning programs. The long-term positive effect of the project is ensured by the integrated way of providing its services to the beneficiaries in the target group as well as by the full coverage of all aspects aimed at the professional training process of the employees of the enterprises operating in one of the economic sectors/areas identified according to SNC and SNCDI, namely: — Increasing the awareness of employers regarding the importance and necessity of employee participation in CVT programmes; — Developing the skills of employees with insufficient skills, incomplete or not adapted to the new requirements on the labour market, through participation in vocational training programmes; — Certification of the competencies of employees who already have the skills associated with a qualification but do not have proof thereof, by participating in the assessment and certification processes of the competencies; — Furn insurance (English)
