Obiectivul general al proiectului il reprezinta dezvoltarea pe o perioada de 36 de luni a unui pachet complex de masuri ce faciliteaza cresterea accesului unui numar de 270 prescolari si elevi din ciclul primar (6-10 ani), gimnazial (11-14 ani) si secundar superior (14-16 ani) la servicii de suport educational, servicii psiho-sociale de sprijin, actiuni suport pentru stimularea participarii la servicii educationale, in vederea reducerii si prevenirii abandonului scolar timpuriu la nivelul regiunii de dezvoltare Nord-Est. Prin obiectivele si activitatile propuse proiectul urmareste si respecta: Obiectivul Specific (O.S.) 6.2: „Cresterea participarii la invatamantul ante-prescolar si prescolar, in special a grupurilor cu risc de parasire timpurie a scolii, cu accent pe copiii apartinand minoritatii roma si a celor din mediul rural” si Obiectivul Specific (O.S.) 6.3: Reducerea parasirii timpurii a scolii prin masuri integrate de prevenire si de asigurare a oportunitatilor egale pentru elevii apartinand grupurilor vulnerabile, cu accent pe elevii apartinand minoritatii roma si elevii din mediul rural/comunitatile dezavantajate socio-economic” – asigurand imbunatatirea participarii copiilor la educatie de la o varsta timpurie si prevenirea fenomenului de parasire timpurie a scolii prin furnizarea unui pachet integrat de servicii de suport educational (sub-activitatea A1.3) si servicii psiho-sociale de sprijin (sub-activitatea A1.4) si accesul la o serie de actiuni suport pentru stimularea participarii la servicii educationale (sub-activitatea A2.1). De asemenea, in sprijinul atingerii obiectivelor specifice ale programului si apelului va fi asigurat accesul reprezentantilor copiilor participanti la activitatile A1. si A2. la servicii de educatie parentala si de consiliere sociala (sub-activitatea A3.1) dar si dezvoltarea cadrului general de informare, constientizare si actiune la nivelul regiunii Nord-Est in vederea solutionarii problemelor ce privesc copiii cu parinti plecati in strainatate prin dezvoltarea de parteneriate regionale relevante (sub-activitatea A4.2) si desfasurarea de campanii regionale de informare si constientizare (sub-activitatea A4.1). In sprijinul Obiectivului Specific 6.2 si Obiectivului Specific 6.3 actiunile specifice ale proiectului sunt menite sa raspunda nevoilor persoanelor din categoriile expuse unui risc crescut de discriminare. Astfel, activitatile specifice ale proiectului vizeaza imbunatatirea accesului si participarea la servicii de educatie a copiilor de etnie roma, copiilor din mediul rural sau copiilor cu dizabilitati/nevoi speciale – ai caror parinti sunt plecati in strainatate. In contextul masurilor avute in vederea pentru prevenirea abandonului scolar timpuriu si promovarea accesului egal la invatamantul prescolar, primar si secundar – la activitatile planificate in cadrul proiectului vor participa: mimin 30 prescolari/elevi de etnie roma, minim 44 prescolari/elevi din mediul rural, minim 5 prescolari/el (Romanian)

The general objective of the project is the development over a 36-month period of a complex package of measures that facilitates increased access of 270 preschoolers and primary school students (6-10 years), secondary school (11-14 years) and upper secondary (14-16 years) to educational support services, psycho-social support services, support actions to stimulate participation in educational services, in order to reduce and prevent early school leaving in the North-East development region. Through the proposed objectives and activities the project pursues and respects: Specific objective (O.S.) 6.2: “Increasing participation in pre-school and preschool education, especially groups at risk of early school leaving, focusing on children belonging to the Roma minority and those from rural areas” and Specific Objective 6.3: Reducing early school leaving through integrated measures to prevent and ensure equal opportunities for students belonging to vulnerable groups, with a focus on pupils belonging to the Roma minority and rural pupils/socio-economically disadvantaged communities" – ensuring the improvement of children’s participation in education from an early age and preventing early school leaving by providing an integrated package of educational support services (sub-activity A1.3) and psycho-social support services (sub-activity A1.4) and access to a range of supporting actions to stimulate participation in educational services (sub-activity A2.1). Also, in support of the achievement of the specific objectives of the program and call will be ensured the access of the representatives of the children participating in the activities A1. and A2. to parental education and social counselling services (sub-activity A3.1) but also the development of the general framework of information, awareness and action at the level of the North-East region in order to solve the problems concerning children with parents abroad by developing relevant regional partnerships (sub-activity A4.2) and conducting regional information and awareness campaigns (sub-activity A4.1). In support of Specific Objective 6.2 and Specific Objective 6.3 the specific actions of the project are designed to meet the needs of persons in the categories at increased risk of discrimination. Thus, the specific activities of the project aim to improve access and participation in education services for Roma children, rural children or children with special disabilities/needs – whose parents are abroad. In the context of the measures taken to prevent early school leaving and promote equal access to preschool, primary and secondary education – to the planned activities within the project will participate: mimin 30 preschoolers/Roma students, minimum 44 preschoolers/students from rural areas, minimum 5 preschoolers/he (English)
