Projekt "NaNovo a kvalitně" reaguje na současnou neutěšenou situaci metodické práce s kvalitou, která je dána zejména větším počtem rozprostřených služeb organizace, jejichž vzájemné odlišnosti musíme zohlednit. Plánovanými kroky bude vytvořen jasný systém metodické práce s kvalitou se zajištěním efektivního a oboustranného předávání informací mezi klienty a pracovníky. Podmínkou úspěšnosti cílů projektu bude zajištění odpovídajícího vzdělávání a stáží pro pracovníky v oblasti práce s kvalitou. (Czech)

The ‘nanovo and well quality’ project responds to the current precarious situation of methodological work with quality, which is mainly due to the increased number of services of an organisation whose differences must be taken into account. The planned actions will provide a clear system of methodological work with quality in order to ensure effective and reciprocal exchange of information between clients and workers. Ensuring adequate training and traineeships for workers in the field of quality work will be a prerequisite for the success of the project’s objectives. (English)
