Hlavným cieľom projektu je zlepšenie environmentálnych aspektov v meste Čadca prostredníctvom zveľadenia spoločného priestoru vnútrobloku sídliska Kýčerka, zvýšenia jeho estetických a kultúrno-spoločenských hodnôt vybudovaním priestoru pre odpočinok a relax a obnovou verejnej zelene. Špecifické ciele projektu:Obnova verejnej zelene a výsadba nových druhov zelene,rekonštrukcia existujúcich chodníkov a trás pre peších,obnova plôch pre pohybové aktivity detí, mládeže a ostatné vekové skupiny formou dobudovania absentujúcich prvkov pre hru a pohyb (herné prvky detských ihrísk a fitnes prvky pre exteriérové cvičenie) spĺňajúcich súčasné bezpečnostné štandardy v zmysle platných legislatívnych predpisov a noriem,obnova plochy pre posedenie a realizáciu spoločenských akcií,obnova mestského a parkového mobiliáru. Cieľ projektu je v súlade so špecifickým cieľom č. 4.3.1 IROP.Projekt obnovy vnútrobloku sídliska "Kýčerka" v meste Čadca, bol spracovávaný pre reálnu rekonštrukciu verejných spoločenských priestranstiev, ktoré nespĺňajú súčasné požiadavky na funkčnosť a spoločenskú atraktivitu obytného územia. Realizácia projektu pozostáva z realizácie jednej hlavnej aktivity: Revitalizácia vnútrobloku sídliska Kýčerka v meste Čadca. Cieľovou skupinou realizovaného projektu sú obyvatelia bývajúci v dotknutej panelovej výstavbe, obkolesujúcej vnútroblok Kyčerka (najväčšie sídlisko v meste) , žiaci blízkej základnej školy a obyvatelia žijúci v blízkosti dotknutého vnútrobloku resp. občania tráviaci čas na tejto verejnej ploche. Ide o skupinu cca 15tisíc občanov. Miestom realizácie projektu je vnútroblok Kýčerka v meste Čadca. Realizáciou predkladaného projektu sú sledované nasledovné merateľné ukazovatele:Revitalizované otvorené priestranstvá vnútroblokov mimo UMR – súčet – 9900m2,Vytvorené alebo obnovené otvorené priestranstvá v mestských oblastiach – súčet - 0 m2 (Slovak)

The main objective of the project is to improve environmental aspects in the city of Čadca by enhancing the common space inside the Kýčerka settlement, increasing its aesthetic and cultural and social values by building a space for rest and relaxation and restoring public greenery. Specific objectives: public greenery and planting of new types of greenery, reconstruction of existing footpaths and paths for walking, restoration of areas for physical activities of children, youth and other age groups in the form of completing missing elements for play and movement (game elements of playgrounds and fitness elements for outdoor exercise) meeting the current safety standards in accordance with applicable legislative regulations and norms,restoration of area for sitting and realisation of social events, restoration of urban and park mobility. The objective of the project is in accordance with the specific objective No. 4.3.1 of IROP.The project for the reconstruction of the inner block of the settlement “Kýčerka” in the town of Čadca, was processed for the real reconstruction of public social spaces, which do not meet the current requirements for functionality and social attractiveness of the residential area. The implementation of the project consists of the implementation of one main activity: Revitalisation of the interior of the settlement Kýčerka in the town of Čadca. The target group of the project carried out is residents living in the panel building concerned, surrounding the inner block of Kyčerka (the largest settlement in the city), pupils of a close primary school and residents living near the inner block concerned or citizens spending time on that public area. It is a group of about 15,000 citizens. The place of implementation of the project is the inner block of Kýčerka in the town of Čadca. The following measurable areas are monitored by the implementation of this project: open spaces outside UMR – total – 9900 m², Created or restored open spaces in urban areas – sum of – 0 m² (English)
