Predkladaný projekt rieši zateplenie objektu mestského úradu v Želiezovciach. Jedná sa o murovaný objekt s jedným podzemným a štyrmi nadzemnými podlažiami, ktorý je zastrešený valbovou strechou s vikiermi. V suteréne je riešené prevažne technické zázemie objektu, sklady. V nadzemných podlažiach sa nachádzajú kancelárie, soc.-hygienické a spoločenské priestory. Na objekte sa navrhuje kompletné zateplenie fasády, zateplenie časti stropu nad podzemným podlažím a zateplenie strešnej konštrukcie objektu. Vzhľad objektu sa po vykonaní rekonštrukcie výrazne nezmení, odlišné bude farebné riešenie objektu. Na západnej strane objektu je navrhnutá betónová rampa umožňujúca bezbariérový prístup do objektu s protišmykovou povrchovou úpravou. (Slovak)

The proposed project addresses the insulation of the building of the municipal office in Želiezovce. It is a brick building with one underground and four floors, which is covered with a hipped roof with dormers. In the basement is designed mainly technical background of the building, warehouses. In the above-ground floors there are offices, sanitary and social spaces. The building proposes complete insulation of the facade, insulation of the ceiling above the underground floor and insulation of the roof structure of the building. The appearance of the object will not change significantly after the reconstruction, the color solution of the object will be different. On the west side of the building is designed concrete ramp allowing barrier-free access to the building with anti-slip surface treatment. (English)
