Projekta mērķis ir veicināt energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanu Latvijas Universitātes ēkā Vidus prospektā 36 k-1, Jūrmalā.1) plānotais siltumenerģijas ietaupījums pēc projekta īstenošanas ir ne mazāks kā 72,81 MWh/gadā (30,00 %/gadā); 2) plānotais siltumenerģijas patēriņš apkurei pēc projekta īstenošanas nepārsniegs 89,03 kWh/m2 gadā;3) plānotais CO2 emisiju samazinājums 14894 kg/gadā;Projekta kopējās izmaksas 249 373,08 Eur, t.sk. Eiropas Reģionālās attīstības fonda atbalsts 85% jeb 211 967,12 Eur apmērā un valsts budžeta finansējums 15% jeb 37 405,96 Eur.Saskaņā ar energoauditu un ēkas tehnisko apsekošanu, ēkā plānots īstenot šādus energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanas pasākumus: 1.Norobežojošās konstrukcijas: - Fasāžu siltināšana, izmantojot apmestās fasādes pieeju; - Logaiļu siltināšana no ārpuses pa visu perimetru, t.sk. zem palodzēm (kur tas ir fiziski iespējams) - Cokola daļas joslas siltināšana;-Esošā jumta vēja kastu un noteku atjaunošanu, lai nebojātu jaunizbūvejamo siltinājumu.2.Ventilācija: - Gaisa pieplūdes vārstu ar antibakteriālo filtru ārpusē montāža uz esošajiem istabu logiem. - Lokālās ventilācijas sistēmas ar rekuperāciju un automātiskās/manuālās regulēšanas iespēju uzstādīšana dušas telpās.4.Inženiersistēmas: - Atsevišķu skaitītāju uzstādīšana apkures, karstā ūdens sagatavošanas un ventilācijas iekārtu enerģiju uzskaitei.Projekta ilgums: 29 mēneši no vienošanās par projekta īstenošanu parakstīšanas laika. The aim of the project is to promote the improvement of energy efficiency in the building of the University of Latvia in the Mid Prospect 36 k-1, Jurmala.1) the planned thermal energy savings after project implementation are not less than 72.81 MWh/year (30.00 %/year); 2) The planned heat consumption for heating after the implementation of the project will not exceed 89.03 kWh/m² per year;3) the planned reduction of CO2 emissions 14894 kg/year; Project total cost EUR 249 373.08, incl. European Regional Development Fund support 85 % or EUR 211 967.12 and state budget financing 15 % or EUR 37 405,96.According to energy audits and technical inspection of the building, it is planned to implement the following energy efficiency improvement measures in the building: .1 Liming structures: — Facade insulation using the plastered facade approach; — Insulation of windows from the outside along the perimeter, including under the loads (where it is physically possible) – insulation of the base part strip;-Renovation of existing roof wind boxes and scuppers in order not to damage the newly built insulation.2. — Assembly of air inlet valves with antibacterial filter outside to existing room windows. — Local ventilation system with recuperation and installation of automatic/manual adjustment facilities in shower rooms.4engineering systems: — Installation of separate meters to record energy of heating, hot water preparation and ventilation equipment.Project duration: 29 months from the signing of the agreement on project implementation.
