Proiectul de fata se inscrie in seria iniţiativelor DGASPC Tulcea de creare de noi servicii sociale printr-o noua infrastructura prin aplicarea de masuri de dezinstitutionalizare a persoanelor adulte cu dizabilitati ce contribuie la dezvoltarea la nivel regional si local a noilor modele inovative de incluziune sociala asigurand astfel cerintele Reg 1303/2013 si implementarea „Strategiei integrate de dezvoltare durabila a Deltei Dunarii”. Obiectivul general al proiectului de fata este crearea unei noi infrastructuri de servicii sociale prin modernizarea si dotarea unui centru de zi si contruirea a 3 locuinte protejate in Comuna Smardan,judetul Tulcea, Str Preot Stefan Carlan, nr 118. This project is part of the DGASPC Tulcea initiatives to create new social services through a new infrastructure by applying measures to deinstitutionalise adults with disabilities that contribute to the development at regional and local level of new innovative models of social inclusion, thus ensuring the requirements of Reg 1303/2013 and the implementation of the “Integrated Strategy for Sustainable Development of the Danube Delta”.
