Obiectivul General al proiectului, il reprezinta "Imbunatatirea competitivitatii BIROTICA S.R.L. prin fluidizarea si adaptarea capacitatii de productie la cerintele clientilor". Acest obiectiv este strâns legat de obiectivul general al POR 2014 - 2020, axa prioritara 2 ”Îmbunatatirea competitivitatii întreprinderilor mici si mijlocii”, prioritatea de investitii 2.1. ”Promovarea spiritului antreprenorial, în special prin facilitarea exploatarii economice a ideilor noi si prin încurajarea crearii de noi întreprinderi, inclusiv prin incubatoare de afaceri” - 2.1.A Microîntreprinderi. Condițiile pieței actuale, de modificare a mediului economic impun societății necesitatea adoptării unei comportament dinamic în concordanță cu obiectivele sale. Păstrarea poziției pe piață nu se realizează doar prin stabilitate financiară, ci și prin adaptare continuă la provocările prezente și la solicitările viitoare, răspunzând cu promptitudine la cerințelor mereu crescânde ale clienților și totodată prin rezistență sporită la mediul concurențial. Societatea își propune păstrarea clienților actuali și promovarea unei politici de marketing eficiente în vederea vânzării serviciilor și produselor și atragerea de noi clienți. Cu toate acestea, cresterea cifrei de afaceri din ultimii 3 ani, este una liniara si destul de redusa, datorita unui flux tehnologic inadecvat vis-a-vis de numarul mare de comenzi. Eficienta fluxului de lucru, este in prezent afectata de alocarea spatiilor in hala de productie. (Romanian)

The general objective of the project is “Improving the competitiveness of BIROTICA S.R.L. by streamlining and adapting the production capacity to customer requirements”. This objective is closely linked to the general objective of ROP 2014-2020, priority axis 2 “Improving the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises”, investment priority 2.1. “Promoting entrepreneurship, in particular by facilitating the economic exploitation of new ideas and encouraging the creation of new businesses, including through business incubators” – 2.1.A micro-enterprises. The current market conditions, which change the economic environment, require society to adopt dynamic behaviour in line with its objectives. The preservation of market position is achieved not only through financial stability, but also by continuously adapting to the current challenges and future demands, responding promptly to the ever-increasing demands of customers and at the same time by increasing resilience to the competitive environment. The company aims to keep current customers and promote an effective marketing policy to sell services and products and attract new customers. However, the increase in turnover in the last 3 years is a linear and rather small one, due to an inadequate technological flow across the large number of orders. The efficiency of the workflow is currently affected by the allocation of spaces in the production hall. (English)
