Obiectivul general al proiectului propus il constituie imbunatatirea eficientei energetice a cladirilor aflate in administrarea publica si reducerea emisiilor de gaze cu efect de sera insotite de reducerea cheltuielilor administrative. Scopul proiectului consta in eficientizarea energetica a cladirii Sala Polivalenta Plopeni, actiune cu consecinte pozitive asupra calitatii activitatii a orasului Plopeni si a judetului Prahova.
