Celem głównym projektu jest utworzenie 20 miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 w gminie Rychtal oraz finansowanie przez 24 miesięcy ich bieżącego funkcjonowania, dzięki czemu rodzice doświadczający trudności na rynku pracy z powodu opieki nad dzieckiem do lat 3, będą mogli utrzymać, znaleźć lub aktywnie poszukiwać pracy. Projekt będzie realizowany w okr.od 01.06.2020 do 31.01.2023, początkowo proj zakłada adaptację pomieszczeń, a od 01.02.2021 funkcjonow żłobka.Będzie on realizow w nowo utworzonym pierwszym żłobku w Gminie Rychtal, ul: Kępińska 22; 63-630 Rychtal. Wsparcie jest zgodne z diagnozą wskazaną w fiszce proj pozakonkursowego oraz wynika z indywidualnie zdiagnozowanego zapotrzebowania placówki objętej wsparciem w proj. Główne działania:- adaptacja pomieszczeń tj. sal dla dzieci, toalety, kuchni, szatni.- doposażenie w meble i sprzęt w/w pomieszczeń - doposaż w materiały dyd.- utworzenie 20 miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 oraz sfinansowanie 24m-cy bieżącego funkcjonow;Po ustaniu finansowania z EFS, nowopowstałe w ramach proj miejsca będą finansowanie z następujących źródeł: dotacji z gminy Rychtal. Działania zmierzające do utrzymania funkcjonowania miejsc opieki po ustaniu finansowania EFS to kampanie informacyjno-promocyjne, prowadzenie rekrutacji w kolejnych latach. Grupę docelową w proj stanowi:- 14osób (13K,1M) bezrobotnych lub biernych zaw.pozostających poza rynkiem pracy ze względu na obowiązek opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3; w tym osoby, które przerwały karierę zaw.ze względu na urodz.dziecka lub przebywaj.na urlopie wychow.- 6osób (5K,1M) pracujących sprawuj.opiekę nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3.Planowane rezultaty proj: umożliwienie 20os(18K,2M) powrotu na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z urodz.lub wychow.dziecka, w tym umożliwienie pozostającym bez pracy swobodne poruszanie się po rynku pracy i jej znalezienie po przerwie związanej z urodz.lub wychow.dziecka, a tym samym poprawa warunków w zakresie godz.życia zawod.z prywat wśród 20 uczest.proj. The main objective of the project is to create 20 childcare facilities for children under 3 years in the municipality of Rychtal and to finance for 24 months their current functioning, so that parents experiencing difficulties in the labour market due to childcare under 3 years will be able to maintain, find or actively seek a job. The project will be implemented around 01.06.2020 to 31.01.2023, initially the project involves the adaptation of the premises and from 01.02.2021 the crèche. It will be implemented in the newly created first nursery in the municipality of Rychtal, ul: Kępińska 22; 63-630 Rychtal. The support is in line with the diagnosis indicated in the non-competition project and results from the individually diagnosed needs of the facility supported in the project. Main activities:- adaptation of rooms i.e. children’s rooms, toilets, kitchens, cloakrooms.- retrofitting of furniture and equipment in the above-mentioned rooms – retrofitting with teaching materials- the creation of 20 places of care for children under 3 years and the financing of 24 months of current operation;After the end of the ESF funding, the newly created place will be financed from the following sources: subsidies from the municipality of Rychtal. Actions aimed at maintaining the functioning of care facilities after the end of ESF funding are information and promotion campaigns, recruitment in subsequent years. The target group in the project is:- 14 persons (13K.1M) unemployed or passive persons remaining outside the labour market due to the obligation to care for children up to 3 years; including people who have interrupted their careers because of birth.children or stay on parental leave – 6 people (5K.1M) working for children under the age of 3.Scheduled results of the project: enabling 20 people(18K.2M) to re-enter the labour market after a break related to birth or child-raising, including enabling those without work to move freely in the labour market and find her after a break related to birth or child-raising, thereby improving the conditions for an hour of life with a private profession among 20 participants.proj.
