Projekt dotyczy przeprowadzenia rewitalizacji przestrzeni publicznej przy Miejskim Domu Kultury im. Franciszka Chruściela w Ornecie na cele kulturalno–rekreacyjno-sportowe zlokalizowane na działkach nr 188/2 i nr 187/52 obręb 1 m. Orneta. Zakres projektu pn. „Rewitalizacja przestrzeni publicznej przy Miejskim Domu Kultury im. Franciszka Chruściela w Ornecie na cele kulturalno-rekreacyjno-sportowe – ETAP I” obejmuje: - rozbiórkę istniejącej sceny i istniejących obiektów małej infrastruktury, - nowy układ komunikacyjny nawierzchni pieszej i kołowej - utwardzenie terenu na potrzeby komunikacji pieszej i kołowej, - nowa przestrzeń publiczna podzielona na strefy wraz z urządzeniami i elementami małej architektury zgodnie z załączoną dokumentacją: strefy D, E (z wyłączeniem 2 zestawów zabawowych), F (z punktem widokowym i z wyłączeniem wiaty), H, I, J, K i L ( scena z zadaszeniem). - nowe zagospodarowanie terenu zieleni urządzonej (strefy D, E, F, H, I, J, K i L) - nowy układ sieci infrastruktury technicznej - instalacji elektrycznych na potrzeby zasilenia sceny mobilnej w celu oświetlenia i nagłośnienia; oświetlenia terenu, zainstalowania monitoringu. - ogrodzenie terenu – brama przesuwna. Działania projektowe zostaną zrealizowane w jednym etapie. Odpowiedzialnym za wdrażanie będzie Gmina Orneta. Działania planowane w ramach projektu zgodnie z zapisami SZOP mają służyć rewitalizacji przestrzeni publicznej. Możliwa tam będzie organizacja spotkań i zajęć dla osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym, dzięki czemu wzmocnione zostanie poczucie przynależności tych osób do ogółu społeczeństwa. Na obszarze objętym projektem będą realizowane wydarzenia mające na celu integrację mieszkańców obszaru rewitalizowanego z mieszkańcami miasta, a także ich aktywizację społeczną. Działania integracyjne realizowane na przedmiotowym terenie będą komplementarne do działań aktywizacyjnych w ramach projektu „Działajmy Razem”. (Polish)

The project concerns the revitalisation of public space at the Franciszek Chruściel Municipal Culture House in Ornet for cultural, recreational and sports purposes located on plots No 188/2 and 187/52 area 1 m. Orneta. Scope of the project “The revitalisation of public space at the Franciszek Chrusściel Municipal Cultural Centre in Ornet for cultural, recreational and sports purposes – ETAP I” includes: — demolition of the existing scene and existing small infrastructure facilities, – new pedestrian and wheeled surface communication system – terrain for pedestrian and wheel transport, – new public space divided into zones with equipment and elements of small architecture according to the attached documentation: zones D, E (excluding 2 playsets), F (with a viewpoint and excluding sheds), H, I, J, K and L (canopy stage). — new development of the greenery area (zones D, E, F, H, I, J, K and L) – new layout of the technical infrastructure network – electrical installations for powering the mobile stage for lighting and publicity; terrain lighting, installation of surveillance. — terrain fence – sliding gate. The project activities will be implemented in one phase. The municipality of Orneta will be responsible for the implementation. The activities planned under the project in accordance with the provisions of the SZOP aim to revitalise public space. It will be possible to organise meetings and activities for people at risk of social exclusion, thereby strengthening their sense of belonging to the general public. In the area covered by the project, there will be events aimed at integrating the inhabitants of the revitalised area with the inhabitants of the city, as well as their social activation. Integration activities carried out on the site will be complementary to activation activities within the framework of the “Let’s Act Together” project. (English)

Le projet concerne la revitalisation de l’espace public de la maison de culture municipale Franciszek Chruściel à Ornet à des fins culturelles, récréatives et sportives, située sur les terrains nos 188/2 et 187/52 à 1 m. Orneta. Portée du projet «La revitalisation de l’espace public au centre culturel municipal Franciszek Chrusściel à Ornet à des fins culturelles, récréatives et sportives — ETAP I» comprend: — démolition de la scène existante et des petites infrastructures existantes, — nouveau système de communication pour les piétons et les surfaces à roues — terrain pour le transport des piétons et des roues, — nouvel espace public divisé en zones avec équipements et éléments de petite architecture selon la documentation ci-jointe: zones D, E (à l’exclusion de 2 playets), F (avec un point de vue et à l’exclusion des hangars), H, I, J, K et L (scène balayée). — nouveau développement de l’espace vert (zones D, E, F, H, I, J, K et L) — nouvel aménagement du réseau d’infrastructures techniques — installations électriques destinées à alimenter la scène mobile pour l’éclairage et la publicité; éclairage du terrain, installation de surveillance. — clôture de terrain — porte coulissante. Les activités du projet seront mises en œuvre en une seule phase. La municipalité d’Orneta sera responsable de la mise en œuvre. Les activités prévues dans le cadre du projet conformément aux dispositions du SZOP visent à revitaliser l’espace public. Il sera possible d’organiser des réunions et des activités pour les personnes exposées au risque d’exclusion sociale, renforçant ainsi leur sentiment d’appartenance au grand public. Dans la zone couverte par le projet, il y aura des événements visant à intégrer les habitants de la zone revitalisée avec les habitants de la ville, ainsi que leur activation sociale. Les activités d’intégration menées sur le site compléteront les activités d’activation dans le cadre du projet «Acte ensemble». (French)
