Celem projektu jest aktywizacja zawodowa i społeczna grupy 57 bezrobotnych z ternu woj. świętokrzyskiego. Projekt umożliwia dofinansowanie na poradnictwo zawodowe oraz wyposażenia stanowiska pracy dla uczestników projektu. 57 osób bezrobotnych zostanie objętych wsparciem w programie 40 osób znajdzie zatrudnienie po okresie wsparcia. Grupę docelową stanowią osoby w wieku 30 lat i więcej (od dnia 30 urodzin), pozostające bez zatrudnienia (w tym zarejestrowane w P/ MUP jako bezrobotne) znajdujące się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji, to znaczy należące do przynajmniej jednej z poniższych kategorii: osoby po 50 roku życia, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami. Co najmniej 30% uczestników projektu będą stanowić osoby bezrobotne, poszukujące pracy (pozostające bez zatrudnienia) lub bierne zawodowe (w tym zarejestrowane w Powiatowym/Miejskim Urzędzie Pracy jako bezrobotne), które utraciły zatrudnienie po 1 marca 2020 r. wskutek pandemii COVID-19. Główne działania: Identyfikacja potrzeb osób pozostających bez zatrudnienia - Indywidualny Plan Działań, poradnictwo zawodowe, wyposażenie lub doposażenie stanowiska pracy. Kwota wydatków kwalifikowanych w projekcie wynosi 2 076 624,00 zł, wkład własny planujemy w wysokości 285 000,00 zł. Wkład własny stanowi część koszty wyposażenia stanowiska pracy uczestników projektu, które poniosą pracodawcy. Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie 01 styczeń 2021 – 30 kwietnia 2022 ( 16 miesięcy). Projekt będzie realizowany samodzielnie na terenie całego woj. świętokrzyskiego. Przy realizacji projektu SIPH będzie stosowała zasadę równych szans, bez stosowania jakiejkolwiek dyskryminacji. The aim of the project is the professional and social activation of a group of 57 unemployed people from Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. The project provides funding for career guidance and equipment for the participants of the project. 57 unemployed people will be supported under the programme 40 people will find employment after the support period. The target group shall be persons aged 30 years and over (from their 30th birthday) who are unemployed (including those registered in the P/MUP as unemployed) in a particularly vulnerable situation, that is to say, in one or more of the following categories: people over 50 years old, women, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications. At least 30 % of project participants will be unemployed, job-seekers (out of employment) or inactive (including those registered as unemployed in the District/Municipal Labour Office) who lost their jobs after 1 March 2020 as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Main actions: Identification of the needs of unemployed people – Individual Action Plan, career guidance, equipment or retrofitting of the workplace. The amount of eligible expenditure in the project is PLN 2 076 624.00, our own contribution is planned in the amount of PLN 285 000.00. The own contribution shall be part of the costs of equipping the workstation of the project participants to the employers. The project will be implemented in the period 01 January 2021-30 April 2022 (16 months). The project will be carried out independently in the whole Świętokrzyskie Province. In implementing the project, SIPH will apply the principle of equal opportunities, without any discrimination. We also do not exclude people with disabilities from participation in the project. L’objectif du projet est l’activation professionnelle et sociale d’un groupe de 57 chômeurs de la voïvodie de Świętokrzyskie. Le projet fournit des fonds pour l’orientation professionnelle et l’équipement pour les participants au projet. 57 chômeurs bénéficieront d’une aide au titre du programme 40 personnes trouveront un emploi après la période d’aide. Le groupe cible est constitué des personnes âgées de 30 ans et plus (à partir de leur 30e anniversaire) qui sont sans emploi (y compris celles qui sont inscrites dans le P/MUP en tant que chômeurs) dans une situation particulièrement vulnérable, c’est-à-dire dans une ou plusieurs des catégories suivantes: les personnes âgées de plus de 50 ans, les femmes, les personnes handicapées, les chômeurs de longue durée, les personnes peu qualifiées. Au moins 30 % des participants au projet seront sans emploi, demandeurs d’emploi (sans emploi) ou inactifs (y compris ceux inscrits comme chômeurs au bureau municipal de l’emploi) qui ont perdu leur emploi après le 1er mars 2020 à la suite de la pandémie de COVID-19. Principales actions: Identification des besoins des chômeurs — Plan d’action individuel, orientation professionnelle, équipement ou aménagement du lieu de travail. Le montant des dépenses éligibles pour le projet s’élève à 2 076 624,00 PLN, notre contribution propre étant prévue pour un montant de 285 000,00 PLN. La contribution propre fait partie des coûts d’équipement du poste de travail des participants au projet aux employeurs. Le projet sera mis en œuvre au cours de la période allant du 1er janvier 2021 au 30 avril 2022 (16 mois). Le projet sera réalisé de manière indépendante dans l’ensemble de la province de Świętokrzyskie. Lors de la mise en œuvre du projet, SIPH appliquera le principe de l’égalité des chances, sans aucune discrimination. Nous n’excluons pas non plus les personnes handicapées de la participation au projet. (French)
