Celem projektu jest wprowadzenie na rynek nowego innowacyjnego produktu MINIU z farszem brokułowo- łososiowym, dedykowanym dla dzieci. Zakres planowanej inwestycji to zakup maszyn do produkcji innowacyjnego produktu takich jak piec konwekcyjno–parowy, maszyna do pierogów, maszyna pakująca, linia do gotowania, myjka parowa wraz z akcesoriami niezbędnych do produkcji z wykorzystaniem nowoczesnych rozwiązań technologicznych w gastronomi. Wymienione wyżej maszyny są niezbędnymi elementami prowadzącymi do wdrożenia nowego produktu w firmie i zaoferowaniu go nabywcom. The aim of the project is to launch a new innovative MINIU product with broccoli-salmon stuffing, dedicated to children. The scope of the planned investment is the purchase of machines for the production of an innovative product such as convection and steam furnace, dumpling machine, packing machine, cooking line, steam washer and accessories necessary for production using modern technological solutions in gastronomi. The above-mentioned machines are essential elements leading to the implementation of a new product in the company and offering it to the buyers. L’objectif du projet est de lancer un nouveau produit MINIU innovant avec farce brocoli-saumon, dédié aux enfants. L’investissement prévu porte sur l’achat de machines pour la production d’un produit innovant comme la convection et le four à vapeur, la boulette, la machine d’emballage, la ligne de cuisson, la laveuse à vapeur et les accessoires nécessaires à la production à l’aide de solutions technologiques modernes dans les gastronomes.
