Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost kompetencji kluczowych oraz właściwych postaw i umiejętności na rynku pracy u min. 90 uczniów tj.: 103 uczniów w tym 53 dziewczynek i 50 chłopców poprzez dostęp do wysokiej jakości oferty kształcenia ogólnego oraz rozwój kompetencji u 100 nauczycieli objętych projektem tj. 19 nli 15K ze szkół: SP w Mędrzechowie, ZSP w Woli Mędrzechowskiej w terminie do 31.12.2021r. Wyrównanie szans edukacyjnych i zmniejszenie dysproporcji w osiągnięciach edukacyjnych jest dla szkół konieczne aby zmniejszyć dystans w zakresie osiągnięć uczniów w porównaniu do najlepszych w skali regionu. Grupę docelową stanowi 114 uczniów 58DZ,56CH w tym 25 uczniów 15DZ,10CH ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi z terenów wiejskich, którzy wymagają wsparcia, oraz nauczyciele ze szkół objętych projektem, którzy biorą udział w szkoleniach tj. 19 nauczycieli w tym 15K i 4M. Zadania w projekcie będą realizowane od 02.01.2020 do 31.12.2021. Wskaźnik planowany do osiągnięcia to: 90 uczniów 103 w tym 53dz, u których nastąpi podniesienie szans edukacyjnych w zakresie rozwoju kompetencji kluczowych, 100 nauczycieli 19nli 15K którzy nabyli kompetencje. Miejscem realizacji projektu są szkoły w których zrekrutowani zostali uczniowie czyli: SP w Mędrzechowie, ZSP w Woli Mędrzechowskiej. Projekt realizuje A,B,D typy operacji. Projekt ma na celu działania zmierzające do organizacji dodatkowych zajęć pozwalających na rozwój zainteresowań i kompetencji kluczowych tj. technologii informacyjnej, matematyczno przyrodniczej, języków obcych, kształtowanie umiejętności uniwersalnych, uatrakcyjnienia form kształcenia kompetencji kluczowych poprzez wprowadzenie nowych technik i metod oraz nowych technologii, lepszy dostęp do wysokiej jakości usług edukacyjnych poprzez: wzrost szans edukacyjny uczniów. The main objective of the project is to increase key competences and the right attitudes and skills in the labour market at least 90 students, i.e.: 103 pupils, including 53 girls and 50 boys, through access to high-quality general education and the development of competences in the 100 teachers covered by the project, i.e. 19 nli 15K from schools: SP in Mędrzechów, ZSP in Wola Mędrzechowska by 31.12.2021. Equalising educational opportunities and reducing disparities in educational achievement are necessary for schools to reduce the distance between pupils’ achievement and the best in the region. The target group is 114 students 58DZ,56CH including 25 15DZ,10CH students with special educational needs from rural areas who need support, and teachers from the schools covered by the project who take part in training, i.e. 19 teachers including 15K and 4M. Tasks in the project will be carried out from 02.01.2020 to 31.12.2021. The indicator to be achieved is: 90 students 103 including 53dz who will improve their educational opportunities in the development of key competences, 100 teachers 19nli 15K who have acquired competences. The place of implementation of the project is the schools in which students were recruited, i.e.: SP in Mędrzechów, ZSP in Wola Mędrzechowska. The project implements A,B,D types of operations. The project aims to organise additional activities enabling the development of key interests and competences, i.e. information technology, mathematics and natural sciences, foreign languages, the development of universal skills, the attractiveness of forms of education of key competences through the introduction of new techniques and methods and new technologies, better access to high-quality educational services by: increased educational opportunities for students. Le principal objectif du projet est d’accroître les compétences clés et les bonnes attitudes et aptitudes sur le marché du travail au moins 90 étudiants, c’est-à-dire: 103 élèves, dont 53 filles et 50 garçons, grâce à l’accès à un enseignement général de qualité et au développement des compétences des 100 enseignants concernés par le projet, c’est-à-dire 19 nli 15K des écoles: SP à Mędrzechów, ZSP à Wola Mędrzechowska au 31.12.2021. L’égalité des chances en matière d’éducation et la réduction des disparités en matière de résultats scolaires sont nécessaires pour que les écoles réduisent la distance entre les résultats des élèves et les meilleurs dans la région. Le groupe cible est de 114 étudiants 58DZ,56CH, dont 25 15DZ,10CH ayant des besoins éducatifs spéciaux provenant des zones rurales qui ont besoin d’un soutien, et des enseignants des écoles couvertes par le projet qui participent à la formation, c’est-à-dire 19 enseignants dont 15K et 4M. Les tâches du projet seront exécutées du 02.01.2020 au 31.12.2021. L’indicateur à atteindre est le suivant: 90 étudiants 103 dont 53 dz qui amélioreront leurs possibilités d’éducation dans le développement des compétences clés, 100 enseignants 19nli 15K qui ont acquis des compétences. Le lieu de mise en œuvre du projet est les écoles dans lesquelles les étudiants ont été recrutés, c’est-à-dire: SP à Mędrzechów, ZSP à Wola Mędrzechowska. Le projet met en œuvre des types d’opérations A, B,D. Le projet vise à organiser des activités supplémentaires permettant le développement d’intérêts et de compétences clés, c’est-à-dire les technologies de l’information, les mathématiques et les sciences naturelles, les langues étrangères, le développement des compétences universelles, l’attractivité des formes d’éducation des compétences clés par l’introduction de nouvelles techniques et méthodes et de nouvelles technologies, ainsi qu’un meilleur accès à des services éducatifs de qualité: augmentation des possibilités d’éducation pour les étudiants.
