Projekt skierowany jest do 90 osób z powiatu krośnieńskiego i słubickiego, głównie zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym, potrzebujących wsparcia w codziennym funkcjonowaniu i/lub z niepełnosprawnością. Głównym zadaniem jest rozwój trwałej infrastruktury społecznej oraz zwiększenie dostępności wysokiej jakości usług społecznych poprzez organizację usług opiekuńczych w okresie 1.07.2021-30.06.2023, w tym utworzenie miejsc w DDP w Krośnianie Odrzańskim oraz wsparcie funkcjonowania 3 Klubów Seniora.
