Przedmiotem planowanego przedsięwzięcia jest termomodernizacja budynku OSP w Skrzynkach na potrzeby świetlicy wiejskiej. W ramach projektu planowane są do realizacji następujące prace: docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych budynku z robotami towarzyszącymi wraz z dociepleniem i izolacją fundamentów i wykonaniem cokołu z opaską wokół budynku, docieplenie stropodachu na całym budynku wraz z wymianą pokrycia dachu i robotami towarzyszącymi, w tym wymiana istniejącej instalacji odgromowej, wymiana drzwi zewnętrznych, w tym bramy garażowej na drzwi stalowe z ociepleniem, wykonanie instalacji ciepłej wody użytkowej i centralnego ogrzewania oraz instalacji wentylacyjnej grawitacyjnej wspomaganej mechanicznie. Ciepła woda użytkowa będzie przygotowywana za pomocą elektrycznego pojemnościowego zasobnika c.w.u. Instalacja c.o. zasilana będzie z kotłowni na pellet. Pomieszczenia ogrzewane będą za pomocą grzejników stalowych płytowych zintegrowanych z zaworami termostatycznymi. Ponadto projekt przewiduje prace remontowe wewnątrz budynku, wykonanie podestów i podjazdu, wykonanie instalacji kanalizacyjnej oraz instalacji elektrycznych.Budynek użyteczności publicznej znajduje się w miejscowości Skrzynki na działce nr 70/23. Grupą docelową projektu są mieszkańcy Gminy, korzystający z budynku. Projekt jest działaniem infrastrukturalnym, które przyczyni się do zmniejszenia zapotrzebowania na ciepło ww. budynku. Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej budynku OSP/ świetlicy wiejskiej w Skrzynkach poprzez wykonanie prac termomodernizacyjnych. Realizacja przedmiotowego projektu spowoduje ograniczenie zapotrzebowania na ciepło w budynku oraz ograniczenie emisji gazów cieplarnianych do atmosfery. (Polish)

The subject of the planned project is the thermomodernisation of the TSO building in Skrzynki for the needs of the rural community centre. The following works are planned for the project: warming of the exterior walls of the building with accompanying robots together with insulation of the foundations and the construction of a plinth with a band around the building, warming of the roof covering throughout the building with replacement of the roof covering and accompanying works, including replacement of the existing lightning system, replacement of external doors, including garage door for steel doors with warming, installation of hot domestic water and central heating, as well as a mechanically assisted gravity ventilation system. Hot water will be prepared using an electric storage tank. The hot water installation will be supplied from the pellet boiler room. The rooms will be heated with steel plate radiators integrated with thermostatic valves. In addition, the project provides for renovation works inside the building, the construction of platforms and driveways, the execution of sewerage and electrical installations.The public utility building is located in Skrzynki on plot No 70/23. The target group of the project is the residents of the Municipality, who use the building. The project is an infrastructure measure that will contribute to reducing the heat demand of the building. The main objective of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of the TSO/rural lighting building in Boxes through thermal modernisation works. The implementation of this project will reduce the heat demand in the building and reduce greenhouse gas emissions to the atmosphere. (English)
