Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa jakości realizacji usług pomocy społecznej oraz pracy socjalnej na rzecz klientów GOPS w Żaganiu. Wsparciem w ramach projektu objęty będzie GOPS w Żaganiu oraz jego pracownicy. Realizacja takich zadań jak: opracowanie procedury wdrożenia zmiany funkcjonowania GOPS w Żaganiu, wdrożenie w GOPS nowego modelu funkcjonowania jednostki, realizacja pracy socjalnej i usług socjalnych przyczyni się do osiągnięcia celu głównego jakim jest wdrożenie usprawnień organizacyjnych polegających na oddzieleniu pracy administracyjnej od pracy socjalnej i usług socjalnych w okresie 1.03.2020r.-28.02.2021r. W strukturzeGOPS w Żaganiu planowane jest wyodrębnienie:- Stanowisko ds. świadczeń wydawanych decyzją 2 osoby- Stanowisko ds. pracy socjalnej i usług 1 osoba- Stanowisko ds. pierwszego kontaktu 1 osoba.Dzięki temu nastąpi poprawa obsługi osób zgłaszających się po pomoc w przezwyciężeniu trudnej sytuacji życiowej, jak też zmiana wizerunku Ośrodka w społeczności lokalnej. Zgodnie z założeniami projektu poza pracą socjalną i wsparciem finansowym pracownika świadczeń, rodziny zostaną objęte usługami profilaktycznymi takimi jak: usługi asystenta rodziny oraz praca z rodziną. Ponadto w ramach projektu przewidywane jest przeprowadzenie warsztatów przygotowujących pracowników GOPS w Żaganiu, w tym kadry zarządzającej, do wprowadzanych zmian oraz częściowe wyposażenie stanowisk pracy 4 pracowników w celu podniesienie ich jakości i efektywności pracy, w tym umożliwienie realizacji działań przypisanych dla określonych stanowisk pracy. Pracownicy będą również mieli możliwość zapoznać się z funkcjonowanie innych OPS, które wprowadziły zmiany organizacyjne polegające na oddzieleniu pracy socjalnej od świadczeń.Umożliwiony będzie również pracownikom socjalnym udział w szkoleniach specjalistycznych, odpowiadającym na zgłaszanym potrzebom. The main objective of the project is to improve the quality of social assistance services and social work for GOPS customers in Żagań. The project will be supported by GOPS in Żagań and its employees. Carrying out such tasks as: developing the procedure for implementing the change in the functioning of GOPS in Żagań, implementing in GOPS a new model of functioning of the entity, the implementation of social work and social services will contribute to the achievement of the main objective of implementing organisational improvements consisting of separating administrative work from social work and social services in the period 1 March 2020-28.02.2021. In the structure ofGOPS in Żagań it is planned to separate:- Position for benefits issued by decision of 2 persons- Position for social work and services 1 person- Position for first contact 1 person. This will improve the service of people applying for assistance in overcoming the difficult life situation, as well as changing the image of the Centre in the local community. According to the project’s assumptions, in addition to social work and financial support to the employee, the family will be covered by preventive services such as: family assistant services and family work. In addition, the project envisages conducting workshops preparing GOPS employees in Żagań, including management staff, for the changes to be made and partial equipment of 4 employees’ workstations in order to improve their quality and efficiency, including enabling the implementation of actions assigned to specific jobs. Employees will also be able to familiarise themselves with the functioning of other OPS, which have introduced organisational changes consisting of separating social work from benefits. It will also be possible for social workers to take part in specialised training courses, which respond to the reported needs. (English)

L’objectif principal du projet est d’améliorer la qualité des services d’assistance sociale et du travail social pour les clients du GOPS à Õagań. Le projet sera soutenu par le GOPS à agań et ses employés. Exécuter des tâches telles que: le développement de la procédure de mise en œuvre du changement dans le fonctionnement du GOPS à Şagań, la mise en œuvre dans le GOPS d’un nouveau modèle de fonctionnement de l’entité, la mise en œuvre du travail social et des services sociaux contribueront à la réalisation du principal objectif de mettre en œuvre des améliorations organisationnelles consistant à séparer le travail administratif du travail social et des services sociaux au cours de la période allant du 1er mars 2020 au 28 février 2021. Dans la structure du GOPS à Şagań, il est prévu de séparer:- Position pour les prestations délivrée par décision de 2 personnes- Position pour le travail social et les services 1 personne- Poste pour le premier contact 1 personne, ce qui améliorera le service des personnes demandant une aide pour surmonter la situation difficile de la vie, ainsi que de changer l’image du Centre dans la communauté locale. Selon les hypothèses du projet, outre le travail social et le soutien financier à l’employé, la famille sera couverte par des services de prévention tels que: services d’aide familiale et travail familial. En outre, le projet prévoit l’organisation d’ateliers de préparation des employés du GOPS, y compris du personnel d’encadrement, aux changements à apporter et à l’équipement partiel des postes de travail de 4 employés afin d’améliorer leur qualité et leur efficacité, y compris en permettant la mise en œuvre d’actions affectées à des emplois spécifiques. Les salariés seront également en mesure de se familiariser avec le fonctionnement d’autres OPS, qui ont introduit des changements organisationnels consistant à séparer le travail social des prestations, ainsi que de participer à des formations spécialisées répondant aux besoins signalés.
