    Obiectivul general al proiectului il constituie prevenirea abandonului școlar timpuriu și promovarea accesului egal la învățământul de calitate prin stimularea participarii la educatie pentru 275 de copii (5 prescolari, 120 elevi ciclul primar, 120 elevi ciclul gimnazial inferior, 30 elevi ciclul liceal) din regiunile Centru si Nord-Vest, a caror parinti sunt plecati in strainatate, prin furnizarea de masuri integrate de suport educational, sprijin psiho-social, activiati recreative, inclusiv servicii de educatie parentala pentru 200 de parinti/ tutori ramasi acasa. Efectul pozitiv pe termen lung a proiectului a fost vizat inca din faza de scriere a propunerii de finantare, bazandu-ne pe doi piloni principali: la nivulul grupul tinta si la nivelul scoliilor si a comunitatii. 1 - masurile avute in vedere fiind fundamentate pe o analiza complexa a nevoilor specifice ale grupului tinta, care a vizat nu doar aspecte ce tin de caracteristicile grupului tinta, dar si situatia socio-demografica a comunitatilor din fiecare regiune, dar si alte aspecte relevante care influenteaza riscul de abandon scolar si de parasire timpurie a scolii in zona viata. Analiza a permis proiectarea unor masuri integrate eficiente, individualizate, pentru inlaturarea barierelor din calea participarii copiilor la scoala, si inclusiv implicarea activa a parintilor plecati si tutorii/ parintii ramasi, in educatia copiilor prin activitati de consiliere si educatie parentala. 2 – de asemenea se vor proiecta structuri parteneriale si retele de suport la nivelul scolilor, comunitatii samd, care vor asigura un bun transfer de bune practici si sustenabilitate la nivel regional, dar si la nivelul sistemului educational. Rezumand, abordarea INTEGRATA, personalizata, individualizata, la nivelul fiecarui membru al GT, dar si la nivelul fiecarei scoli si comunitati, si realizarea unui transfer eficient de competente si know-how inovativ printr-o platforma de servicii si suport educational vor asigura premisele asigurarii unui efect durabil, pe termen lung al masurilor implementate in proiect.     The general objective of the project is to prevent early school leaving and promote equal access to quality education by stimulating participation in education for 275 children (5 preschoolers, 120 primary school students, 120 lower secondary school students, 30 secondary school students) from the Central and North-West regions, whose parents are away abroad, by providing integrated measures of educational support, psycho-social support, recreational activities, including parental education services for 200 parents/tutors remaining at home. The long-term positive effect of the project has been targeted since the drafting phase of the financing proposal, based on two main pillars: at the nivul of the target group and at the level of schools and community. 1 – the measures considered being based on a complex analysis of the specific needs of the target group, which concerned not only aspects related to the characteristics of the target group, but also the socio-demographic situation of the communities in each region, but also other relevant aspects that influence the risk of school abandonment and early school leaving in the area of life. The analysis allowed the design of effective, individualised integrated measures to remove barriers to children’s participation in school, including the active involvement of left parents and the remaining guardians/parents, in the education of children through counselling and parental education activities. 2 – Partner structures and support networks will be designed at school, community level, which will ensure a good transfer of good practices and sustainability at regional level, but also at the level of the educational system. Summarising, the INTEGRATE approach, personalised, individualised, at the level of each GT member, but also at the level of each school and community, and the achievement of an efficient transfer of competences and innovative know-how through a platform of services and educational support will ensure the prerequisites for ensuring a long-term, sustainable effect of the measures implemented in the project.
