Projekt Financovanie odborných poradenských sluieb v rámci implementácie OPVaI na roky 2018 - 2019 je projektom technickej pomoci VA v rámci OP Výskum ainovácie. Ciežom projektu je podpora efektívnej implementácie OP Výskum a inovácie prostredníctvom odborných poradenských sluieb zameraných nazabezpečenie prípravy, riadenia, monitorovania a hodnotenia OP, rieenia saností ako aj kontroly, auditu a výmenu skúseností vrátane tvz. best practices v rámciOP Výskum a inovácie vrátane OP Výskum a vývoj, nakožko je moné v zmysle Nariadenia Európskeho parlamentu a Rady (EÚ) č.1303/2013, článku "technickápomoc členských tátov" vyui prostriedky aj na ukončovanie pomoci z PO 2007- 2013.Ciež projektu bude dosahovaný prostredníctvom Aktivity 1 - Zabezpečenie externých sluieb v rámci MRR a Aktivity 2 - Zabezpečenie externých sluieb v rámciVRR. Aktivity budú realizované prostredníctvom externého dodávateža a na základe platnej a účinnej Rámcovej dohody č. 1045/2017 zo dňa 29.12.2017, ktorádefinuje osem oblastí odborného poradenstva. Meratežným ukazovatežom pre tieto aktivity je počet zrealizovaných hodnotení, analýz a túdií. (Slovak)

The project Financing of expert advisory services in the framework of the implementation of OPVaI for 2018-2019 is a technical assistance project of IA under the Research and Innovation OP. The aim of the project is to support the effective implementation of the Research and Innovation OP through expert advisory services aimed at ensuring the preparation, management, monitoring and evaluation of OPs, the management of sanitation, as well as control, audit and exchange of experience, including best practices in the framework of OP Research and Innovation, including OP Research and Development, as it is possible under Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the article “Technical assistance of the Member States” will also use the means to end assistance from the PO 2007-13. The project will also be achieved through Action 1 – Ensuring external services under the MRR and Action 2 – Assuring external services within the RDF. The activities will be implemented through an external contractor and on the basis of the current and effective Framework Agreement No 1045/2017 of 29 December 2017, which will define eight areas of expert advice. The measurement indicator for these activities is the number of evaluations, analyses and studies carried out. (English)
