Predmetom projektu je komplex opatrení na zvýšenie energetickej efektívnosti objektu Obecného úradu v obci Bobrov, okres Námestovo. Na základe energetického auditu je navrhovaná realizácia nasledovných opatrení: zateplenie obvodových konštrukcií 160mm minerálna vlna zateplenie strešnej konštrukcie a stropu 320mm (resp. 300) minerálnou vlnouzateplenie základových konštrukcií 100mm XPS polystyrénvýmena presklených konštrukcií rekonštrukcia vykurovacieho systému a systému TV, hydraulické vyregulovanie a termostatizácia vykurovacej sústavyrekonštrukcia osvetľovacej sústavy Výsledkom realizácie predkladaného projektu bude výrazné zníženie potreby energií na prevádzku objektu. Verejná budova s podlahovou plochou 1316,9 m2 dosiahne po hĺbkovej obnove ultranízkoenergetickú úroveň výstavby (energetická trieda A1) v zmysle Vyhl. MDVRR SR č. 364/2012 Z.z.. Potreba primárnej energie dosiahne úroveň 52,55 kWh/(m2.a).Potreba energie v budove po realizácii opatrení energetickej efektívnosti sa zníži o 145,6 MWh/rok v porovnaní so stavom pred realizáciou projektu. Realizáciou opatrení dôjde k zníženiu ročnej spotreby primárnej energie vo verejnej budove o 140 406 kWh/rok. (Slovak)

The subject of the project is a complex of measures to increase the energy efficiency of the Municipal Office in the village of Bobrov, Námestovo district. On the basis of the energy audit, the implementation of the following measures is proposed: thermal insulation of perimeter structures 160 mm mineral wool insulation of roof structure and ceiling 320 mm (or 300) by mineral wool insulation of foundation structures 100 mm XPS polystyrene replacement of glazed structures reconstruction of heating system and TV system, hydraulic control and thermostatisation of heating systemReconstruction of lighting system The result of the implementation of the present project will be a significant reduction of energy needs for the operation of the building. The public building with a floor area of 1316.9 m² will reach the ultra-low-energy level of construction (energy class A1) within the meaning of the Vyhl after deep renovation. MDVRR SR No 364/2012 Coll. The primary energy demand will reach 52.55 kWh/(m².a).The energy needs of the building after the implementation of the energy efficiency measures will be reduced by 145.6 MWh/year compared to the pre-project status. The implementation of the measures will reduce the annual primary energy consumption in the public building by 140406 kWh/year. (English)
