Predmetom predkladaného projektu je zníženie energetickej náročnosti spoločnosti EQUUS a.s., ktorá je významný výrobcom a dodávateľom mrazených výrobkov zo zeleniny a ovocia. V súčasnosti je hospodárenie s energiami v spoločnosti náročné z dôvodu vynakladania veľkého objemu finančných prostriedkov na energie a údržbu. Existujúci vykurovací kotol na tuhé palivo je zastaraný, vykazuje časté poruchy a produkuje množstvo znečisťujúcich látok do ovzdušia. Vzhľadom na negatívny súčasný stav bolo odborne spôsobilou osobou v energetickom audite navrhnuté opatrenie na dosiahnutie energetických, ekonomických a environmentálnych úspor. Uskutočnením tohto opatrenia bude dosiahnutý cieľ projektu – zníženie energetickej náročnosti budovy EQUUS a.s. Projekt bude realizovaný prostredníctvom 2 hlavných aktivít: Zabezpečenie energetických auditov v MSP (obdobie realizácie: 10/2017 – 11/2017) a Implementácia opatrení z energetických auditov (predpokladané obdobie realizácie: 9/2019 – 12/2019). Realizáciou projektu sa zníži spotreba energie v podniku zo súčasných 13 595,87 MWh/rok na 13 482,10 MWh/rok. Zároveň dôjde k úspore CO2 v objeme 64 t/rok. Projekt bude mať priaznivý dopad na hospodárenie spoločnosti a životné prostredie. Miestom realizácie projektu bude obec Vinica v okrese Veľký Krtíš. (Slovak)

The subject of this project is to reduce the energy intensity of EQUUS a.s., which is a major producer and supplier of frozen vegetable and fruit products. At present, energy management in society is challenging due to the spending of large amounts of energy and maintenance money. The existing solid fuel heating boiler is outdated, shows frequent malfunctions and produces a number of pollutants into the air. Given the negative state of play, a qualified person in the energy audit was proposed to achieve energy, economic and environmental savings. By implementing this measure, the project’s objective of reducing the energy intensity of the EQUUS a.s. building will be achieved. The project will be implemented through 2 main activities: Ensuring energy audits in SMEs (period of implementation: 10/2017-11/2017) and Implementation of measures from energy audits (expected implementation period: 9/2019-12/2019). The implementation of the project will reduce the company’s energy consumption from the current 13595.87 MWh/year to 13482,10 MWh/year. At the same time, there will be 64 t/year CO2 savings. The project will have a positive impact on the management of society and the environment. The place of implementation of the project will be the village of Vinica in the district of Veľký Krtíš.
