Predmetom rieenia projektu je návrh rekontrukcie predstaničných priestorov elezničnej stanice. Rieené územie je vymedzené z východnej strany parkom Viňovského, z junej strany elezničnou stanicou, zo západnej strany plochou zelene pred budovou poty a kruhovou kriovatkou, zo severnej strany ulicou T.G.Masaryka, tvorpruhovou komunikáciou funkčnej triedy B2 MZ 20/60, cesta III. triedy 2452. Z hžadiska urbanisticko-architektonického navrhované rieenie predstaničného priestoru nadväzuje na pôvodnú koncepciu vrátane repektovania rozsahu plôch zelene. Dominantným prvkom priestoru je zeleň pozostávajúca zo 6 plôch s obdĺnikovým pôdorysným tvarom a jednej plochy s lichobeníkovým pôdorysným tvarom. Predmetom rekontrukcie sú priestory existujúcich komunikácií, nástupísk MHD, parkoviska, spevnených plôch, ininierskych sietí a plôch zelene. V rámci rekontrukcie budú asanované vrchné vrstvy plôch parkovísk, komunikácií a spevnených plôch. Novonavrhované plochy parkovísk, komunikácií, cyklistického chodníka a spevnených plôch sú rieené z pravouhlej betónovej dlaby v kombinácii farebných odtieňov sivej, grafitovej a červenej. V rámci parkoviska sú navrhované progresívne formy parkovania Park & Ride (P+R), Kiss & Ride (K+R), Bike & Ride (B+R) . V rámci úprav plôch zelene je rieené prehodnotenie jestvujúcej zelene a dotvorenie rieeného územia v nadväznosti na pôvodné rieenie. Z pôvodných drevín budú zachované len najhodnotnejie, novonavrhovaná zeleň bude pozostáva zo zaloenia trávnikov a z výsadby listnatých stromov s ciežom zlepova mikroklimatické podmienky rieeného územia. Demontovaný a odstránený bude existujúci mobiliár a stĺpy verejného osvetlenia. Premiestnené budú 3 zastávky MHD, turistický smerovník a pomník s bustou Doc. Ing. Pavla Viňovského. Novonavrhovaný mobiliár pozostáva z lavičiek, odpadkových koov, zahradzovacích stĺpikov, ochranných mreí, tabule na lepenie plagátov, informačnej osvetlenej tabule a informačného nosiča so smerovými ípkami. Osvetlenie predstaničného priestoru je rieené zo stoiarových svietidiel situovaných v časti spevnených plôch, parkoviska a pri komunikáciách, nízkych parkových svietidiel v časti priestorov so sadovými úpravami a svietidlami v dlabe pod lavičkami.Zachovaný zostáva objekt medokýa a stojany na bicykle situované pred východnou fasádou stanice. Bez zmeny ostávajú existujúce poiarne hydranty. Vzhžadom na to, e sa posúva hlavná kompozičná os medzi autobusovou a elezničnou stanicou na os budovy ST, upravené - posunuté budú aj jestvujúce peie prechody cez Masarykovu ulicu. Pôvodný prechod sa zruí a vytvorí sa nový oproti jestvujúcemu hlavnému vstupu do objektu ST.Stavba je rozčlenená na nasledovné stavebné objekty:SO 01 Peia zóna a drobná architektúra, asanácieSO 02 Komunikácie a a spevnené plochy, dopravné značenieSO 03 Odvodnenie cesty a spevnených plôch, kanalizáciaSO 04 NN prípojky pre drobné objektySO 05 Rekontrukcia VOSO 06 Sadové úpravySO 07 Prekládky a ochrany slaboprúdových rozvodov (Slovak)

The subject of the project is the design of the reconstruction of the pre-stational areas of the railway station. The area is delimited from the east side by the park Viňovský, on the south side by the railway station, on the west side by the area of greenery in front of the building pot and circular kriovatka, on the north side by the T.G.Masaryka street, by the extreme communication of functional class B2 MZ 20/60, road III. Class 2452. From the urbanistic-architectural solution proposed solution of the Prestaničná area follows the original concept, including the respect of the range of green spaces. The dominant element of the space is a greenery consisting of 6 surfaces with an aperture plan shape and one area with a trapezoidal plan shape. The subject of reconstruction is the premises of existing roads, public transport platforms, parking lot, paved areas, ininier networks and green areas. As part of the reconstruction, the top layers of parking areas, roads and paved areas will be remedied. Newly designed areas of parking lots, roads, cycling paths and paved areas are solved from rectangular concrete slabs in combination of colour shades of gray, graphite and red. Within the car park, progressive forms of parking are proposed for Park & Ride (P+R), Kiss & Ride (K+R), Bike & Ride (B+R). As part of the adaptation of green areas, the re-evaluation of the existing green area and the completion of the reconstructed area in connection with the original remediation are solved. Of the original trees will be preserved only the most valuable, the newly designed greenery will consist of the establishment of lawns and planting of deciduous trees with a view to improving the microclimatic conditions of the thinned area. Existing furniture and street lighting poles will be dismantled and removed. 3 public transport stops, tourist guide and monument with bust Doc. Ing. Pavol Viňovský will be relocated. The newly designed furniture consists of benches, garbage booths, gardening pillars, protective bars, posters board, information illuminated board and information carrier with directional arrows. Illumination of the prestand area is solved from stoiar lamps situated in part of paved areas, parking lot and at roads, low park lights in the part of spaces with set modifications and luminaires in the sink under the benches. Preserved remains the object of medokýa and bicycle stands situated in front of the eastern facade of the station. Existing hydrants remain unchanged. Due to the shifting of the main compositional axis between bus and railway station to the axis of the ST building, modified – the existing pedestrian crossings through Masaryk Street will be shifted.
