Obiectivul general al proiectului este facilitatea ocuparii si dezvoltarii profesionale a 372 tineri NEETs cu varste cuprinse intre 16-29 ani, din regiunile Vest si Centru prin implementarea unui pachet integrat de masuri de situmulare a ocuparii, formare profesionala si sustinere a antreprenoriatului. Se are in vedere informarea si promovarea activitatilor proiectului pentru constientizarea masurilor si beneficiilor de care pot beneficia tinerii NEETs in vederea activarii lor pe piata muncii. Identificarea participantilor si includerea lor in proiect se face prin colaborare cu AJOFM-urile din judetele Harghita si Caras Severin. Tinerii care sunt profilati prin serviciile SPO se pot inscrie la activitatile proiectului, in vreme ce tinerii identificati cu ajutorul primariilor,si din alte surse care inca nu au beneficiat de serviciul de profilare, vor fi indreptati si sprijiniti in demersul lor pentru inregistrare, profilare si mai apoi inscriere la activitatile proiectului. Prin activitatea de formare se doreste imbunatatirea abilitatilor profesionale pentru tinerii NEETs, care au nivel de ocupabilitate “mediu ocupabil-B”,”greu ocupabil”-C, ”foarte greu ocupabil”-D, promovarea invatarii pe tot parcursul vietii. Accentul se va pune pe tinerii cu nivel de ocupabilitate C, B, D din mediul rural si urban, fara a se face discriminare pe sex, nationalitate, religie. In cadrul activitatii de mediere se are in vedere identificarea de locuri de munca vacante pentru toate nivelurile de ocupabilitate A,B,C,D, iar in cazul nivelurilor cele mai vulnerabile, adica “greu ocupabil”-C, ”foarte greu ocupabil”-D se va realiza consiliere post angajare si se vor intreprinde masuri, inclusiv financiare (decontarea cheltuielilor de transport), pentru sprijinirea pastrarii locului de munca. Prin activitatea de asistenta si consultanta se doreste dezvoltarea competentelor antreprenoriale a tinerilor NEETs, pentru nivelul de ocupabilitate “usor ocupabil”-A, si sprijinirea deschiderii de afaceri pentru ocuparea pe cont propriu si/sau crearea de locuri de munca . The general objective of the project is to facilitate the employment and professional development of 372 NEETs aged 16-29 years, from the West and Centre regions through the implementation of an integrated package of employment placement measures, professional training and entrepreneurship support. It is intended to inform and promote the activities of the project to raise awareness of the measures and benefits that NEETs can benefit in order to activate them on the labour market. Identification of participants and their inclusion in the project is done through collaboration with AJOFM in Harghita and Caras Severin counties. Young people who are profiled through SPO services can enroll in the project activities, while young people identified with the help of the mayors, and from other sources that have not yet benefited from the profiling service, will be entitled and supported in their efforts to register, profile and then enroll to the project activities. The training activity aims to improve the professional skills of NEETs, who have the occupational level “environment-B”, “heavily occupable”-C, “very difficult to occupy”-D, promoting lifelong learning. The focus will be on young people with occupational levels C, B, D from rural and urban areas, without discrimination on sex, nationality, religion. During the mediation activity, the identification of vacancies for all levels of occupancy A, B, C, D, and in the case of the most vulnerable levels, i.e. “heavyly occupable”-C,“very difficult to occupy”-D will be carried out post-employment counselling and measures, including financial measures (defrayal of transport costs), will be undertaken to support job retention. Through the activity of assistance and consultancy, we want to develop the entrepreneurial skills of NEETs, for the “lightly occupant”-A level of occupancy, and to support the opening of businesses for self-employment and/or job creation.
