Pretende-se a constituição de uma equipa multidisciplinar "Equipa Mais Sucesso Educativo" que, para além de acompanhar todo o processo de implementação do Plano Integrado e Inovador de Combate ao Insucesso Escolar da CIM do Ave, apoie os Agrupamentos de Escolas na sua implementação e articule com os seus Planos de Ação Estratégica, promovendo o sucesso escolar e o combate ao abandono escolar, alinhado com as políticas nacionais e europeias.
