The aim of this operation is to integrate young people into the labour market. It is based on internships in a real work context, which allow trainees to contact other workers, activities, rules, good practices and the sense of public service helping to start or continue their professional career avoiding the risk of isolation, demotivation and marginalisation and the improvement of their employability profile.
