Projekta mērķis ir samazināt plūdu apdraudējumu Nagļu un Rikavas pagastā, palielināt pagasta iedzīvotāju drošību, tādējādi veicinot uzņēmējdarbības attīstību teritorijā un uzlabojot iedzīvotāju dzīves kvalitāti. Projekta galvenās darbības ir Valsts nozīmes meliorācijas sistēmas – zemteka Mazā Rēzeknīte, ŪSIK kods 4234442:01, pik. 00/00-02/70 pārbūve Nagļu, Rikavas pagastā, Rēzeknes novadā pārbūve, tai skaitā būves tehniskās apsekošanas atzinuma sagatavošana, projektēšana, būvdarbu veikšana, būvuzraudzība, autoruzraudzība un projekta vadība. Projekta izpildes rezultātā tiks pārbūvēta zemteka Mazā Rēzeknīte, samazinot plūdu draudus 23 Nagļu un Rikavas pagasta iedzīvotājiem, kas saimnieko plūdu draudu skartajā 332,75 ha Nagļu un Rikavas pagasta teritorijā. Pēc projekta īstenošanas tiks palielināta dabas teritoriju vērtība, pievilcīgums un nodrošināta produktīva teritorijas izmantošana. Projekta īstenošanas kopējās izmaksas ir 751 143,83 EUR, no kuriem ERAF atbalsta apjoms ir 85% jeb 638 472,26 EUR. Projekta īstenošanu plānots pabeigt 29 mēnešu laikā no līguma par projekta īstenošanu noslēgšanas. Projekta atbalstāmās darbības - būves tehniskās apsekošanas atzinuma sagatavošana veikta 2017. gadā, būvprojekta izstrāde ir uzsākta 2018. gada jūnijā pirms līguma par projekta īstenošanu parakstīšanas. The aim of the project is to reduce the risk of flooding in Nagli and Rikava parish, to increase security of the inhabitants of the parish, thus promoting the development of entrepreneurship in the territory and improving the quality of life of the inhabitants. The main activities of the project are drainage systems of national importance – subtext Small Rezeknīte, USIK code 4234442:01, pik. 00/00-02/70 reconstruction in Nagļu, Rikava parish, rebuilding in Rezekne Municipality, including preparation of technical survey opinion, designing, execution of construction works, construction supervision, author supervision and project management. As a result of the project the subtext Mazā Rezeknīte will be rebuilt, reducing the risk of flooding 23 inhabitants of Nagļu and Rikava parish, which manages 332.75 ha in the territory of Nagli and Rikava parish affected by flood threats. After the implementation of the project, the value, attractiveness and productive use of the territory will be increased. The total cost of project implementation is EUR 751143,83, of which ERDF support amount is 85 % or EUR 638472,26. Project implementation is planned to be completed within 29 months from the conclusion of the contract on project implementation. The project’s supported activity – the construction technical survey opinion was prepared in 2017; the development of the construction project was started in June 2018 before the signing of the contract on the implementation of the project.
