Soojusmajanduse arengukava näitab järgmise 10 aasta kaugkütte arengusuunad ja planeerib tegevused, milliste tegevuste tulemusena on võimalik saavutada kindel soojusvarustus ning stabiilne ja soodne soojuse hind. The heat development plan shows the development trends of district heating over the next 10 years and plans activities that can result in a secure heat supply and a stable and favorable price of heat.
