Võrk rajatakse peamiselt riigi omanduses olevale teemaale, mille kohta on taotleja sõlminud koostöölepingu Maanteeametiga. Rajatav võrk ühendatakse olemasolevate üle-Eestiliste magistraalvõrkudega ning võrguga liitumiseks luuakse liitumiskohad operaatorite sidesõlmedes. Lisaks ehitatakse liitumiskohad välja asulate keskustesse ning üldist huvi pakkuvatesse kohtadesse, mis on eelnevalt kooskõlastatud kohaliku omavalitsusega. (Estonian)

The network will be built mainly on a State-owned theme for which the applicant has concluded a cooperation agreement with the Road Administration. The network to be built will be connected to the existing backbone networks of all-Estonian countries, and connection points will be created in the operators’ communication nodes to connect to the network. In addition, the connection points will be built in urban centres and in places of general interest agreed in advance with the local authority. (English)
