Projekti idee on käivitada Suure Muna pererestoran Haanjas, Suure Munamäe jalamil. Restoran pakub kohalikku toitu ja meeleolu Haanjasse ja lähipiirkonda saabuvatele turistidele. Ettevõtte eesmärk on aktiviseerida läbi käivitatava ettevõtte kohalikku ärikeskkonda, luua juurde töökohti ja pakkuda Suurt Munamäge külastatavatele turistidele toitlustust ja laiemalt veel ühte põhjust Haanja külastamiseks. The idea of the project is to launch the family restaurant of the Great Egg in Haanja, at the foot of the Great Munamäe. The restaurant offers local food and mood for tourists arriving in Haanja and the surrounding area. The aim of the company is to activate the local business environment through the start-up company, create more jobs and provide catering for tourists visiting the Great Munamä and, more generally, another reason to visit Haanja.
