Projekt realizowany będzie przez Gminę Krzęcin, będącą właścicielem infrastruktury powstałej w efekcie realizacji przedmiotowej inwestycji oraz podmiotem odpowiedzialnym za jej utrzymanie pod kątem finansowym, organizacyjnym i prawnym. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje adaptację przestrzeni publicznej na obszarze popegeerowskim położonym nad jeziorem Krzęcińskim, na działkach nr 391; 110; 30/2; 490; 491/3; 114; 491/4 obręb Krzęcin, i nadanie jej nowych funkcji publiczno – społecznych, za pomocą realizacji takich działań, jak: I. Opracowanie dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej, co ma na celu rzetelne zweryfikowanie zakresu rzeczowego przedmiotowego przedsięwzięcia i zidentyfikowanie wszystkich niezbędnych do wykonania w jego ramach prac (koszt kwalifikowany). II. Opracowanie dokumentacji aplikacyjnej, co ma na celu umożliwienia pozyskania na jego realizację środków UE w ramach Działania 9.3 RPO WZP na lata 2014-2020 (koszt kwalifikowany w zakresie SW). III. Roboty budowlane związane z zagospodarowaniem terenu nad jeziorem Krzęcińskim polegające na budowie ścieżki spacerowo – rowerowej szerokości 2,0 m, budowie oświetlenia solarnego, budowie pomostu z platformą widokową na jeziorze, budowie pawilonów socjalnych oraz innych elementów architektury wraz z przebudową drogi gminnej (koszt kwalifikowany). IV. Przeprowadzenie nadzoru inwestorskiego, co ma na celu zapewnienie kontroli nad prawidłowym wykonaniem wszystkich zaplanowanych w projektowanym przedsięwzięciu prac (działanie bezkosztowe - zadanie realizowane przez pracowników Urzędu Gminy). V. Promocja projektu, która będzie polegała na właściwym oznaczeniu miejsca realizacji projektu (za pomocą 2,00 szt. tablic informacyjno-pamiątkowych) oraz dokumentów i materiałów, które powstaną w związku z jego realizacją, informacją o współfinansowaniu projektu przez UE, a także umieszczeniu opisu wdrażanego projektu na stronie WWW Gminy Krzęcin (koszt kwalifikowany w zakresie zakupu tablic). The project will be carried out by the Municipality of Krzucin, being the owner of the infrastructure resulting from the implementation of the investment in question and the entity responsible for its maintenance in financial, organisational and legal terms. The scope of the project involves the adaptation of the public space in the area of the poepegerowski, located above the Lake Krzaciński, on plots No 391; 110; 30/2; 490; 491/3; 114; 491/4, and by giving it a new public/social function, by means of the following actions: I. Preparation of project documentation and estimate, with the aim of reliably verifying the material scope of the project in question and identifying all the work needed to carry out its work (qualified cost). II. Preparation of application documentation, in order to allow EU funds to be obtained for the implementation of EU funds under Measure 9.3 of the 2014-2020 ROP ROP (eligible cost for the STC). III. Construction work relating to the development of the Kancelan lake through the construction of a pushchair path — the cycle of width of 2.0 m, the construction of solar lighting, the construction of a platform with a platform of views on the lake, the construction of social advantages and other elements of architecture along with the reconstruction of the municipal road (the eligible cost). IV. The performance of the investor’s supervision, in order to ensure control of the correct execution of all work planned in the proposed undertaking (action at zero cost — a task carried out by employees of the Municipal Office). V. The promotion of the project, which will consist of the appropriate marking of the location of the project (with 2,00 information and commemorative plaques) and the documents and materials which will be created in connection with its implementation, information on the co-financing of the project by the EU, and the insertion of a description of the project to be carried out on the website of the Municipality of Krocin (the cost of the tables qualified for the purchase of tables).
