Preliminary analysis of the development of Aki’s online services is a preparatory project for the development of the e-environment of the Inspectorate. The Inspectorate wants to provide e-services to customers in a sustainable and efficient manner. Using IT solutions wisely, we can focus our work on what is important and reduce the administrative burden for our clients. (English)
