Projekti eesmärgiks on tingimuste loomine koostöise organisatsioonikultuuri arenguks ning õpetajate võimestamiseks vastutada iga lapse individuaalsuse toetamise, muudatuste juhtimise, koostöiste suhete ja enesearengu eest. Projekti raames osaleb 44 MLA Viimsi Lasteaiad töötajat täiendusõppeprogrammis, mis on välja töötatud asutuse õppe-kasvatustöö- ja personaliarenduse vajadustest lähtuvalt. Programm koosneb õppepäevadest, praktilistest ülesannetest ja iseseisva töö ülesannetest. (Estonian)

The aim of the project is to create the conditions for the development of cooperative organisational culture and to empower teachers to be responsible for supporting the individuality of each child, managing change, collaborative relationships and self-development. Within the framework of the project, 44 MLA Viimsi Kindergartens participate in an in-service training programme developed according to the needs of the institution’s teaching, education and human resources development. The programme consists of study days, practical tasks and tasks of independent work. (English)
