Projekti eesmärk on kollektiivse tõhususe ja organisatsioonikultuuri arendamine Kose gümnaasiumi ja Kosejõe kooli ühendamise järgselt, et ellu viia uuenenud õpikäsitluse eesmärke. Projekti tulemusena paraneb pedagoogilise personali omavaheline koostöö, osatakse toime tulla tööstressiga, ning sisse on seatud regulaarne kovisioon kollektiivis. Õpetajad mõistavad ühte moodi uuenenud õpikäsitlust ja selle rakendamist praktikas. (Estonian)

The aim of the project is to develop collective efficiency and organizational culture following the merger of the Kose Gymnasium and the Kosejõe School in order to implement the objectives of the renewed learning approach. As a result of the project, cooperation between pedagogical staff will be improved, it will be able to cope with work-related stress, and regular staffing has been established. Teachers understand the same new approach to learning and how it is applied in practice. (English)
