Käesoleva projekti raames luuakse IT lahendusel põhinev digitaalse hooldusplaani prototüüp , mis põhineb RAI hindamismõõdikul. Toote loomisega luuakse hoolekandeasutustele võimalus vähendada hoolduskoormust, pakkuda hooldekodude klientidele nende vajadustest lähtuvaid õigeid teenuseid ( inimene on hinnatud rahvusvaheliselt tunnustatud RAI hindamismõõdikuga) ning võimaldades planeerida riigil ja hoolekandeasutustel teenuste korraldamist ja rahastamist. This project will create a prototype of a digital maintenance plan based on an IT solution based on the RAI assessment measure. The creation of the product creates an opportunity for care institutions to reduce the burden of care, to provide the clients of residential homes with the right services tailored to their needs (the person is valued by an internationally recognised RAI measure) and to enable the state and institutions to plan the organisation and financing of services.
