Projekt "Ühise visiooni mõju ühinenud organisatsioonis" on abiks Pärnu Lasteaed Päikesejänku ja Kadri Lasteaia liitmisel ühtseks meeskonnaks läbi koosõppimise. Kujuneb visioon toimimiseks ühtse meeskonnana ja tekib arusaam muutuste vajalikkusest. Selguvad arengusuunad, suureneb kokkukuuluvustunne ja vähenevad muutustega seotud hirmud. K avandatud on kaks töökoosolekut, kolm ümarlauda. Koolitus kujundab valmisolekut minna uuendustega kaasa. Projekt lõpeb reflektsiooni ja avalikkuse teavitamisega. (Estonian)

Project "The impact of a shared vision in a merged organisation" the Pärnu Kindergarten will help merge the sun bunny and Kadri Kindergarten into a single team through learning together. It develops a vision to function as a united team and an understanding of the need for change. Trends will be revealed, a sense of cohesion will increase and fears of change will decrease. Two working meetings, three round tables, have been opened by K. The training will shape the readiness to engage in innovation. The project ends with reflection and information to the public.
