Based on the new DiSC behavioural profile, this team training will help teachers, educators and other school staff to increase the effectiveness of communication, improve cooperation and thus save resources. Training enhances cooperation between team members, helps to improve communication between teachers, helps to develop better cooperation between groups and teaches conflict resolution, as well as preventing and learning about each other, and awareness of their strengths and weaknesses.
