Celem głównym proj jest aktywizacja społeczno - zawodowa 55 osób (30K, 25M) zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, zamieszkujących w myśl KC woj. wielkopolskie, gminę miejską Czarnków, poprzez udział w kompleksowym wsparciu do 31.01.2019.W ramach projektu założono osiągnięcie następujących wskaźników:• Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym objętych wsparciem w programie – 55• Liczba osób z niepełnosprawnościami objętych wsparciem w programie - 30• Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu – 2.• Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu programu – 11.• Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym pracujących po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek) – 11.Grupę docelową stanowi 55 osób (30 K, 25 M) zamieszkałych w Gminie Miejskiej Czarnków, zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ.Do projektu zostaną przyjęte:- os bierne ZAW- 40 UP (23 K,17 M)- ubogie os pracujące (15 UP, 7 K, 8 M)- os niepełnosprawne - 30 UP (17K, 13M).W ramach projektu zostaną zrealizowane takie zadania, jak:1. Aktywizacja społeczna2. Aktywizacja zdrowotna3. Aktywizacja edukacyjna4. Aktywizacja zawodowa5. Działania o charakterze środowiskowym. (Polish)
