Projekta mērķis ir veikt energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanas pasākumus VSAC „Kurzeme” filiāles „Veģi” ēkā (kadastra apzīmējums 88420020019001). Ēkas adrese ir: „Aprūpes centrs”, Veģi, Abavas pagasts, Talsu novads. Galvenās projekta darbības ir būvprojekta izstrāde, būvdarbu veikšana (1. ārsienu siltināšana, logu ailu siltināšana, esošo balkonu demontāža, 2. ēkas pārseguma siltināšana, jumta seguma nomaiņa, dabiskās gaisa ventilācijas sistēmas sakārtošana, 3. cokola siltināšana, 4. koka logu nomaiņa, 5.koka durvju nomaiņa), autoruzraudzība, būvuzraudzība un projekta vadība. Projekta sasniedzamie rezultāti ir: primārās enerģijas gada patēriņa samazinājums 81,44 MWh, plānotais siltumenerģijas patēriņš apkurei ir 55,42 kWh/m2 gadā. Projekta kopējās izmaksas ir 1 065 099,32 EUR, attiecināmās izmaksas ir 768 878,60 EUR, no tām ERAF finansējums 653 546,81 EUR un valsts budžeta finansējums ir 115 331,79 EUR. The aim of the project is to carry out energy efficiency improvement measures in the building of SSIA “Kurzeme” branch “Veģi” (cadastre designation 88420020019001). The address of the building is: “Care centre”, Vegi, Abava municipality, Talsi region. The main project activities are development of construction project, construction works (1 insulation of exterior walls, window insulation, dismantling of existing balconies, insulation of 2nd building division, replacement of roofing, natural air ventilation system, insulation of cap No 3, replacement of wooden windows 4, replacement of wooden doors 5), author supervision, construction supervision and project management. The results to be achieved by the project are: The reduction in the annual primary energy consumption of 81,44 MWh, the planned heat consumption for heating at 55,42 kWh/m² per year. The total cost of the project is EUR 1065099,32, the eligible costs are EUR 768878,60, of which ERDF funding EUR 653546.81 and the state budget funding is EUR 115331,79. The planned duration of the project is 23 months. (English)
