A Operação visa correção de situações operacionais identificadas (falhas abastecimento), que consistem, na substituição de troços de redes subdimensionados, nos quais se registam pressões desajustadas, caudal reduzido. A construção de 2 EE permitirá o aumento da capacidade de distribuição, solucionar as faltas de pressão no abastecimento naquelas zonas, uma vez que a rede implementada se revela insuficiente para satisfazer os consumos. The Operation aims at correcting identified operational situations (supply failures), which consist of replacing sections of undersised networks, where there are misadjusted, low flow pressures. The construction of 2 EE will make it possible to increase the distribution capacity, to address the lack of pressure on supply in those areas, since the network implemented is insufficient to satisfy consumption.
