Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie o 13 miejsc świadczenia usług społecznych świadczonych w interesie ogólnym i objęcie wsparciem 23 osób (14K,9M) zagroż. ubóstwem lub wyklucz. społ. z ter. Gm. Zakrzewo (woj. wlkp.) poprzez utw. i funkcjonowanie Klubu Seniora (KS), a tym samym poprawę dostępu do usług opiek. dla 10 osób (7K,3M) w okresie 01.12.2019 - 30.11.2022 oraz zaplanowanie wsparcia dla rodzin (dla 13os.,7K) w wypełnianiu funkcji opiekuńczo-wychowawczych, w tym utw. grupy wsparcia w okresie 01.01.2021-30.11.2022.Grupę docelowa proj. to 23 os. (14K,9M) zagroż. ubóstwem i/lub wyklucz. społ.:a) 10 os. (7K,3M) potrzebujących wsparcia w codziennym funkcjonowaniu,b) 8 dzieci (4K,4M),c) 5 os. The main objective of the project is to increase the provision of social services of general interest by 13 places and to cover 23 people (14K,9M) at risk of poverty or exclusion from ter. GM. Zakrzewo (voivodship) through the operation and functioning of the Senior Club (KS), thus improving access to care services for 10 people (7K,3M) in the period 01.12.2019-30.11.2022 and planning support for families (for 13persons,7K) in fulfilling care and educational functions, including the support group in the period 01.01.2021-30.11.2022. The target group of the project is 23 people. (14K,9M) at risk of poverty and/or exclusion:(a) 10 persons. (7K,3M) in need of support in daily operation,(b) 8 children (4K,4M),(c) 5 persons. (3K,2M) parents/legal guardians of children, these persons are persons living, studying or working in the Municipality of Zakrzewo. Tasks:1. Establishment of the Senior Club in Zakrzewo.2. The day-to-day operation of the Senior Club.3.
