Grupa docelowa -20os.(15K,5M) Os.zagrożone ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społecznego w wieku 18-64 lat w tym os.bezrobotne, m.in długotrwale bezrobotne wobec których zastosowanie wyłącznie instrumentów i usług rynku pracy jest niewystarczające i istnieje konieczność zastosowania w pierwszej kolejności usług aktywnej integracji o charakterze społecznym, mieszkające na terenie powiatu braniewskiego, mieszkające poza MOF Olsztyna oraz poza MOF Ełku.,otoczenie uczestn. w takim zakresie,w jakim jest to niezbędne dla wsparcia grupy docelowej, mieszkające poza MOF Olsztyna oraz poza MOF Ełku.Preferowane będą:os.niepełnosprawne, długotrwale bezrobotne, os.zagroż. ubóstwem lub wyklucz.społ.doświadczaj. wielokrotnego wyklucz. społ.,rozum.jako wykl.z powodu więcej niż jednej z przesłanek:tj.korzyst.Ze świad.z pom.społ lub kwalifik.się do objęcia wsparciem pomocy.społ.,os.korzystaj. z POPŻ. Działania realizowane będą na terenie miasto Braniewo,ze względu na to zapewniony został zwrot kosztów dojazdu. Cel projektu Wzrost kompetencji społecznozawodowych, edukacyjnych wśród 20 os. w wieku 15-64 lata.o niskich kwalifikacjach,w tym os.bezrobotnych,które są mieszkańcami w/w gmin w okresie do 30.06.2021 .Każdy uczestnik projektu, weźmie udział w programie aktywizacji społeczno-zawodowej, co umożliwi wejście lub powrót na rynek pracy. Wsparcie rozpocznie się aktywizacją społeczną poprzez: zajęcia kształtujące umiejętności społecznej wsparcie m.in.psychologa, zajęcia z asertywności, trening motywowania do zmiany, ponadto zaplanowane zostały zajęcia z doradcą zawodowym, działania o charakterze edukacyjnym dostosowane do predyspozycji uczestników i potrzeb lokalnego rynku pracy. Wsparcie zakończone zostanie organizacją 4 m-ch staży zawodowych. Efekty- uczestnicy nabędę umiejętności społeczne, 5 osób podejmie zatrudnienie (Polish)

Aim of the project Increase socio-professional competences, education among 20 people aged 15-64 with low qualifications, including unemployed people, which are residents in the above-mentioned municipalities in the period up to 30.06.2021.Every participant of the project will take part in the socio-professional activation program, which will enable entry or return to the labour market. Support will start with social activation through: classes shaping social skills support e.g. psychologist, assertiveness classes, training of motivating to change, in addition, classes with a career counselor, educational activities adapted to the predisposition of participants and the needs of the local labour market were planned. The support will be completed with the organisation of 4 months of professional internships. Effects – participants will acquire social skills, 5 people take up employment (English)
