Projekt zgodnie z SZOOP tworzy lepsze warunki do rozwoju MŚP. Wspiera przedsiębiorczość i gospodarcze wykorzystywania pomysłów poprzez stworzenie korzystnych warunków dla rozwoju podmiotu funkcjonuj. na rynku nie dłużej niż 3 lata, realizowane przez wyspecjalizowany podmiot nie działający dla zysku. BTM jako IOB funkcjonująca powyżej 2 lat (dokładnie od 2010 r.) na rzecz rozwoju i pomocy przedsięb dysponując profesjonalną, przygotowaną kadrą trenerów biznesu, własnym zapleczem biurowym, posiadaj. dośw. w inkubowaniu firm świadczyć będzie wystandaryzowane usługi dla firm we wczesnej fazie rozwoju, funkcjonujące na rynku nie dłużej niż 3 lata. W okresie realizacji projektu w Olsztynie będzie funkcjonował Inkubator BTM. W ramach działalności inkubowane podm gosp we wczesnej fazie rozwoju funkcjonujące na rynku nie dłużej niż 3 lata otrzymają jednoraz. wsparcie w postaci spec., wystandaryzowanych usług niezbędnych do ich funkcjonowania. Oferta obejmie udostępnienie pow. biur z niezbędnym wyposaż. oraz bieżącym utrzymaniem (niezbędne media) lub usługa "wirtualnego biura", usługi prawne, księgowe, promocyjne, ICT, mentoring, szkolenia i doradztwo wspierające rozwój przedsiębiorstwa. Usługi będą świadczone zg ze standardem PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 oraz standardami stow. Organizatorów Ośrodków Innowacji i Przedsiębiorczości. Usługa inkubacji będzie realizowana. na podst. zawartych umów i Regulaminu Inkubacji. Regul. określa zasady inkubacji i preferencje związane z naborem. Usługi będą odpowiedzią na indywidualne potrzeby inkubowanych podmiotów. Usługi będą miały na celu wsparcie funkcjonow. na rynku, podnoszenie ich konkurencyjności i stabilny rozwój. Nowy Inkubator powstanie w udostępnionych na cele świadczenia usług pomieszczeniach, odpow. wyposażonych z zapleczem biurowo-administr. Prowadz. dz.. gosp. przez inkubowane podm. będą wspierali doświad. doradcy. Każdy z nich to trener biznesu i posiada ponad 3-letnie pozytywne dośw. w obszarze, w którym będzie świadczył usługi. The SZOOP project creates a better environment for SMEs to grow. It supports entrepreneurship and economic exploitation of ideas by creating favourable conditions for the development of the entity functioning on the market no longer than 3 years, carried out by a specialised entity not acting for profit. BTM as an IOB operating over 2 years (exactly since 2010) for the development and assistance of the enterprise, having a professional, prepared staff of business trainers, own office facilities, have. Incubation companies will provide standardised services for companies in the early stages of development, operating on the market for up to 3 years. During the implementation of the project, the BTM Incubator will operate in Olsztyn. As part of the activity incubated under the gosp at an early stage of development, operating on the market for no more than 3 years will receive support in the form of special, standardised services necessary for their operation. The offer will include the provision of offices with the necessary equipment and on-going maintenance (necessary utilities) or a “virtual office” service, legal services, accounting, promotional services, ICT, mentoring, training and consulting to support the development of the company. Services will be provided according to PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard and stow standards. Organisers of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centres. The incubation service will be carried out on the basis of concluded agreements and the Incubation Regulations. Regulations. specifies incubation rules and recruitment preferences. Services will respond to the individual needs of incubated entities. Services will aim to support the functioning of the market, increase their competitiveness and sustainable development. The new Incubator will be built in rooms provided for the provision of services, equipped with office and management facilities. Guides by incubated subm. will support the knowledge of advisors. Each of them is a business coach and has more than 3 years positive in the area where he will provide services. (English)
