Projekt będzie polegał na rozwoju działu B+R poprzez zakup niezbędnej infrastruktury oraz oprogramowania. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje zakup wyposażenia oraz oprogramowania w celu stworzenia odpowiednich warunków do prowadzenia badań nad rozwojem nowych zautomatyzowanych usług diagnostycznych. Projekt zrealizowany będzie w ramach jednego etapu, obejmującego wszystkie zakupy w ramach projektu. Etap ten będzie zawierał się w przedziale od października 2019 roku do czerwca 2021 roku. Projekt przewiduje poniesienie osiemnastu wydatków kwalifikowalnych w łącznej kwocie 2.681.500,00 zł. Projekt jest zgodny z założeniami określonymi w SzOOP RPO WiM z uwagi na to, że wpisuje się w priorytet inwestycyjny 1b, bowiem efektem jego realizacji będzie promowanie inwestycji przedsiębiorstw w badania i innowacje. Projekt jest również zgodny z typem projektów, które mogą być objęte wsparciem w ramach poddziałania 1.2.1, bowiem będzie polegać na wsparciu infrastruktury B+R poprzez rozwój działu B+R w przedsiębiorstwie Wnioskodawcy. Dodatkowym argumentem potwierdzającym wpisywanie się w założenia SzOOP jest fakt, że projekt będzie realizowany w obszarze inteligentnej specjalizacji województwa warmińsko-mazurskiego. Wartość wydatków kwalifikowalnych projektu nie przekracza maksymalnej wartości podanej w SzOOP RPO WiM a założony % poziom dofinansowania wydatków kwalifikowalnych na poziomie projektu nie przekracza 70% (z uwagi na fakt, że Wnioskodawcą jest małe przedsiębiorstwo). The project will consist of the development of the R & D department through the purchase of the necessary infrastructure and software. The material scope of the project includes the purchase of equipment and software to create the right conditions for research into the development of new automated diagnostic services. The project will be carried out in one phase, covering all purchases under the project. This phase will be between October 2019 and June 2021. The project provides for eighteen eligible expenditure in the total amount of PLN 2.681,500.00. The project is in line with the assumptions set out in the SzOOP ROP WiM due to the fact that it fits into the investment priority 1b, as its implementation will result in promoting investment by enterprises in research and innovation. The project is also in line with the type of projects that may be supported under sub-measure 1.2.1, as it will consist of support for R & D infrastructure through the development of the R & D department in the Applicant’s enterprise. An additional argument confirming the involvement of the SzOOP is the fact that the project will be implemented in the area of smart specialisation of Warmińsko-Mazurskie voivodship. The value of the eligible expenditure of the project does not exceed the maximum value indicated in the SzOOP ROP WiM and the assumed percentage of co-financing of eligible expenditure at project level does not exceed 70 % (due to the fact that the applicant is a small enterprise).
