Celem głów. projektu jest utworz. spójnego systemu transportu komunikacji publicz. na terenie M. Starachowice poprzez modernizację infrastruk. oraz zakup taboru niskoemisyj., co wpłynie na ogranicz. emisji pyłów i substancji szkodliwych do atmosfery. Projekt wpisuje się w założ. RPOWŚ 2014–2020 i jest zgodny z dział. 3.4. Celem szczegół. jest ograniczona emisja pyłów i substancji szkodliwych do atmosfery poprzez usprawnienie miejskiego taboru niskoemisyjnego, budowę i modernizację infrastruktury służącej transportowi niskoemis., budowę systemu ścieżek i wprowadz. roweru miejskiego, prowadz. kampanii promocyjn. Działania ukierunkowane są na rozwój multimodalnej moblilności miejskiej, poprzez m.in: zakup taboru niskoemis.(15szt.)wraz z budową stacji tankowania CNG, moderniz. infrastrukt transport.: budowa 1 skrzyżowania, przebudowa dróg, przebudowa oświetlenia ulicznego, modernizacją 20 wiat przystankowych i zatok, wprowadzenie 2 systemów ITS, budowa systemu ścieżek rowerowych 12km. i wprowadzenie roweru miejskiego, stacji rowerow i stacji Bike&Ride, zarządzanie i promocja (kampania promocyjna). Realizacja celów mierzona jest za pomocą wskaźników produktu: liczba. zakupion. jedn. taboru -15szt., pojemność zakup. taboru-1.200os., dł. przebud. linii komunik. miejsk 1,10km., licz. intelig. system. transport.-2szt. Licz. wybud. obiektów Bike&Ride 11szt., licz. stanow. postojow. w obiekt. Bike&Ride - 55.szt., dł. wspartej infrastruktury. rowerowej -12.00km., licz. proj. finansów. kosztów racjonal. uspraw. dla os. niepełnospraw. -1, liczb. obiektów dostosow. do potrzeb os. z niepełnos.- 15. The aim of the project is to create a coherent public transport system in M. Starachowice by modernising infrastructure and purchasing low-emission rolling stock, which will reduce emissions of dust and harmful substances into the atmosphere. The project fits in. RPOWŚ 2014-2020 and is in line with unit. 3.4. The aim is to reduce emissions of dust and harmful substances into the atmosphere by improving low-emission urban rolling stock, building and modernising low-emission transport infrastructure, building a system of paths and introducing urban bicycles, conducting promotional campaigns. Actions shall focus on the development of multimodal urban mobility by inter alia: purchase of low-emission rolling stock(15pcs) together with the construction of a CNG refuelling station, modernising transport infrastructure: construction of 1 intersection, reconstruction of roads, reconstruction of street lighting, modernisation of 20 world stops and bays, introduction of 2 ITS systems, construction of a system of bicycle paths 12 km. and introduction of city bike, bicycle station and Bike & Ride station, management and promotion (promotion campaign). The achievement of the objectives shall be measured by means of output indicators: number. purchased. one. rolling stock – 15pcs., capacity of purchase. rolling stock-1.200 persons, length of reconstruction of the public transport line 1,10 km., count. intelligence system. transport.-2pcs.
