Projekt polega na modernizacji oświetlenia ulicznego na terenie gminy Lipnik polegającej na wymianie wszystkich (z wyjątkiem lamp parkowych oraz zasilanych spoza terenu gminy) dotychczasowych opraw na nowoczesne oprawy w technologii LED spełniające normę PN-EN 13201. Modernizacja na istniejącej infrastrukturze lamp starego typu, doinstalowanie lamp solarnych oraz instalacja systemu zarządzania oświetleniem. Korzyści wynikające z realizacji projektu to m.in: graniczenie emisji zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery (zmniejszenie emisji m.in. pyłów PM10, PM2,5, CO2, CO, SO2)., ograniczenie zużycia energii elektrycznej poprzez zastosowanie opraw ledowych przy zachowaniu właściwego natężenia oświetlenia drogowego, poprawa bezpieczeństwa w ruchu drogowym. WSKAŹNIKI: 1. Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych (CI 34) – 321,16; 2. Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii elektrycznej [MWh/rok] - 398,47; 3. Liczba zmodernizowanych źródeł oświetlenia gminnego -780. Okres realizacji inwestycji to styczeń 2020r. - grudzień 2022r. Zakres rzeczowy inwestycji obejmuje: 1. Wykonanie dokumentacji technicznej - 2020r. 2. Roboty budowlane - 2020-2022r. Projekt jest zgodny z PGN dla gminy Lipnik. Po zakończeniu projektu w okresie 12 m-cy gmina zleci przygotowanie audytu ex-post, który zmierzy osiągnięte w wyniku realizacji projektu wskaźniki. Całkowita wartość projektu wynosi 1 973 289,00 zł w tym dofinansowanie: 1 677 295,65 zł. Zakończenie realizacji rzeczowej i finansowej projektu nastąpi w IV kwartale 2022r. (Polish)

The project consists of the modernisation of street lighting in the municipality of Lipnik consisting of replacing all existing luminaires (with the exception of park lamps and powered from outside the municipality) for modern LED luminaires meeting the PN-EN 13201 standard. Modernisation on the existing infrastructure of old lamps, installation of solar lamps and installation of lighting management system. The benefits of the project include: limiting emissions of pollutants to the atmosphere (reduction of emissions of, among others, PM10, PM2.5, CO2, CO, SO2)., reduction of electricity consumption through the use of led luminaires while maintaining the appropriate intensity of road lighting, improving road safety. INDICATORS: 1. Estimated annual reduction in greenhouse gas emissions (CI 34) – 321,16; 2. Amount of electricity saved [MWh/year] – 398,47; 3. Number of modernised municipal lighting sources -780. The period of implementation of the investment is January 2020. — December 2022 The material scope of the investment includes: 1. Preparation of technical documentation – 2020 2. Construction work – 2020-2022 The project complies with the PGN for the municipality of Lipnik. After the end of the project within the 12-month period, the municipality will commission the preparation of an ex-post audit, which will measure the indicators achieved as a result of the project. The total value of the project is PLN 1 973 289.00, including co-financing: PLN 1 677 295.65. The completion of the in-kind and financial project will take place in the fourth quarter of 2022.
