Cel główny: zwiększenie dostępności oraz rozwój zasobów kulturowych Gminy Lutomiersk w wyniku modernizacji budynku GOK w Lutomiersku, dzięki której możliwe będzie poszerzenie oferty kulturalnej (poprzez modernizację i doposażenie biblioteki oraz pozostałych pracowni). Zadanie 1 – Prace przygotowawcze (dokumentacji projektowej oraz studium wykonalności), Zadanie 2 – Roboty budowlane (modernizacja obiektu, instalacje, dostosowanie pomieszczeń obiektu dla osób niepełnosprawnych), Zadanie 3 – Zakup wyposażenia, Zadanie 4 – Zarządzanie projektem (nadzór inwestorski nad inwestycją, zarządzenie i promocja projektu). W ramach robót budowlanych przewidziano roboty rozbiórkowe, demontażowe, murarskie, tynkarskie, okładzinowe, posadzkowe, malarskie, dekarskie, montażowe. Zaplanowano również modernizację instalacji elektrycznej, wentylacyjnej, co i wod-kan. Wśród wyposażenia zaplanowanego do nabycia należy wymienić regały, stoliki i krzesła do biblioteki, stoliki i krzesła do pracowni plastycznej, wieszaki jezdne. Grupy docelowe: mieszkańcy Gminy Lutomiersk bez ograniczenia na wiek czy stopień niepełnosprawności. Projekt kierowany jest do wszystkich chcących skorzystać z oferty kulturalnej GOK. Osobną grupę docelową stanowić będą turyści odwiedzający Gminę. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na wprowadzenie nowej oferty kulturalnej związanej z działalnością biblioteki (powstanie czytelni), nowe zajęcia plastyczne. Dzięki realizacji projektu wnioskodawca będzie mógł zintensyfikować dotychczasową ofertę, którą będzie mógł kierować do większej liczby odbiorców. Wskaźniki: Liczba instytucji kultury objętych wsparciem : 1. Liczba obiektów zasobów kultury objętych wsparciem: 1. Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami: 1. Main objective: increasing the accessibility and development of cultural resources of the Lutomiersk Municipality as a result of the modernisation of the Lutomiersk GOK building, which will enable the cultural offer to be expanded (by modernising and retrofitting the library and other studios). Activity 1 – Preparatory work (design documentation and feasibility study), Task 2 – Construction works (modernisation of the facility, installations, adaptation of premises for disabled people), Task 3 – Purchase of equipment, Task 4 – Project management (investor supervision, management and promotion of the project). Construction works include demolition, dismantling, masonry, plastering, cladding, flooring, painting, roofing, assembly. It is also planned to modernise the electrical, ventilation, as well as water-canal installations. Among the equipment planned for purchase include racks, tables and chairs for the library, tables and chairs for the plastic studio, mobile hangers. Target groups: residents of Lutomiersk Municipality without limitation on age or degree of disability. The project is addressed to all who want to take advantage of the cultural offer of GOK. A separate target group will be tourists visiting the Municipality. The implementation of the project will allow the introduction of a new cultural offer related to the activities of the library (the opening of a reading room), new art classes. Thanks to the implementation of the project, the applicant will be able to intensify its existing offer, which it will be able to target to a larger number of recipients.
