Całkowity brak obłożenia hotelu i przychodów w marcu, kwietniu i maju 2020r. z powodu Covid-19. A także urzędowy zakaz prowadzenia działalności - spowodował dramat także w części turystycznej z powodu zamknięcia granicy Państwa oraz zamknięcia Sanatoriów. Goście odwoływali wszystkie rezerwacje indywidualne oraz grupowe - dodatkowo spora część rezerwacji grupowych, nie chce przyjąć vouchera do wykorzystania wartości zadatku w ciągu 365 dni, ponieważ np są grupy ośmioklasistów, którzy końćzą szkołę i od lipca w zasadzie nie ma ich już w szkole, rozjeżdżają się do nowych szkół średnich itp.... Utrzymałem zatrudnienie, jednak z najwyższym trudem. Spadek przychodów w zasadzie do zera - to niewyobrażalna sytuacja, a biznes prowadzę prawie 25 lat.... (Polish)

Guests canceled all individual and group bookings – in addition, a large part of group bookings, they do not want to accept the voucher to use the value of the deposit within 365 days, because, for example, there are groups of eight-graders who are leaving school and since July they are basically no longer at school, they go to new secondary schools, etc.... I kept my employment, but with the greatest difficulty. The fall in revenue basically to zero – this is an unimaginable situation, and I run business for almost 25 years.... (English)
