Głównym celem P będzie wzrost aktywności społ. i zawodowej u 16 osób (15 K, 1 M), w tym 1 M ON zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym do 10.2020 z Gminy Oleśnica. GRUPY DOCELOWE: P będzie realizowany na terenie GO i obejmie wsparciem jej mieszkańców, którzy są równocześnie klientami GOPS. GD stanowi 16 K/M (15 K, 1 M) – klientów GOPS, bierni zawodowo, bezrobotni będący klientami MGOPS mieszkańcy GO powiatu staszowskiego z obszaru WŚ. Są to osoby w wieku aktywności zawod. (18 - 67 lat) z wykszt. podstawowym, gimnaz.,zasadniczym, średnim ogólnokształcącym, policealnym średnim zawodowym i wyższym. P będzie realizowany od: 01.07.2019 do 31.10.2020. P dot. wyłącznie UP mieszkających lub pracujących lub uczących się na obszarze wiejskim. Główne wskaźniki rezultatu: Liczba (DALEJ: L) osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ., które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu - 13 K/M; L osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ. poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu programu - 2 K/M; L osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ. pracujących po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek) - 2 K/M; Liczba (DALEJ: L) osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ., które uzyskały kwalifikacje lub nabyły kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu - 13 K/M. GŁÓWNE DZIAŁANIA: poradnictwo zawod. indywid. i grupowe oraz poradnictwo psychol. grupowe i indywidualne (100% GD), kursy zawodowe (100% GD), staże, pośrednictwo pracy (100% GD), porady prawne (w miarę potrzeb UP) i realizacja kontraktów socjalnych przez 2 pracowników socjalnych. Kwota dofinansowania: 512.749,13 zł. WKŁAD WŁASNY PIENIĘŻNY: 97.072,00 zł, co stanowi 15,92 % wartości projektu. Partnerem OPS jest Sidrom - instytucja działająca w obszarze rynku pracy, agencja zatrudnienia. (Polish)

(18-67 years) with primary, secondary, post-secondary non-tertiary education. P will be implemented from: 01.07.2019 to 31.10.2020. P for UP only those living or working or studying in a rural area. Main result indicators: Number (ALs): (L) people at risk of poverty or social exclusion that have acquired a qualification after leaving the programme — 13 K/M; L people at risk of poverty or exclusion of jobseekers after leaving — 2 K/M; L persons at risk of poverty or social exclusion after leaving (including self-employed) — 2 K/M; Number (ALs): (L) people at risk of poverty or social exclusion who have acquired or acquired competence after leaving — 13 K/MAIN ACTIONS: group and individual guidance and counselling and individual and group psychological counselling (100 % GD), vocational courses (100 % GD), internships, job matching (100 % GD), legal advice (where appropriate UP) and social contracts performed by 2 social workers. Grant amount: PLN 512.749,13. OWN CONTRIBUTION IN CASH: PLN 97.072,00, which represents 15.92 % of the value of the project. A partner of OPS is Sidrom — an institution active in the field of the labour market, employment agency. (English)
