Właściwa absorpcja środków z funduszy strukturalnych jest związana z realizacją przedsięwzięć zorientowanych na sprawne funkcjonowanie systemu zarządzania. Priorytetem w tym obszarze jest zapewnienie odpowiedniego potencjału administracyjnego jednostek biorących udział w procesie absorpcji środków strukturalnych. Przedsięwzięcia zaplanowane do realizacji w ramach działania będą przede wszystkim prowadzić do wzmocnienia odpowiednich kadr, uczestniczących w procesie zarządzania i wdrażania Programu, jak również będą związane z wyposażeniem stanowisk pracy i podnoszeniem kwalifikacji osób zaangażowanych we wdrażanie RPOWŚ 2014-2020. The correct absorption of the funds of the Structural Funds is linked to the implementation of projects aimed at the smooth functioning of the management system. The priority in this area is to ensure the adequate administrative capacity of the units involved in the process of absorbing structural funds. The projects planned to be carried out as part of the action will primarily lead to the reinforcement of the relevant staff involved in the management and implementation of the Programme, as well as relating to the equipping of jobs and the qualification of the persons involved in the implementation of the ROP 2014-2020.
