Projekt skierowany do 37 (20K,17M) osób pozostających bez pracy-os.bezrobotne oraz bierne zawodowo,(z wyłączeniem osób przed ukończeniem 30 roku życia)znajdujących się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy,tj.należących co najmniej do jednej z grup:os.w wieku 50 lat i więcej,z niepełnosprawnościami,długotrwale bezrobotnych,o niskich kwalifikacjach, kobiety,zamieszkałych zgodnie z KC na terenie woj pomorskiego w powiecie człuchowskim na obszarze o wysokiej stopie bezrobocia na podstawie wykazu obszarów o wysokiej stopie bezrobocia w woj. pomorskim.Proj.skierow.jest wyłącznie do os.,które bez udziału w nim mają najmniejszą szansę na pokonanie swoich problemów. Celem proj.jest podniesienie zdolności do trwałego wejścia lub powrotu na rynek pracy 37os.(20K,17M)pozostających bez pracy poprzez kompleksowe wsparcie szkoleniowe,doradcze,jednorazowe dotacje inwestycyjne i wsparcie pomostowe. Cele szczegółowe przedsięwzięcia: 1.Nabycie wiedzy i podniesienie zdolności uczestników projektu (UP) do podjęcia działalności gosp. 2.Zwiększenie aktywności zawodowej UP. Działania: 1.Wsparcie umożliwiające uzyskanie wiedzy i umiejętności niezbędnych do podjęcia i prowadzenia dział.gosp.dla 37UP (20K,17M):zaj.aktywizacyjne,w tym diagnoza potrzeb szkol.UP,warsztaty komputerowe dla 5UP,IPD dla UP,przeprowadzenie szkoleń ABC przedsiębiorczości,Indywidualne doradztwo biznesowe dla UP przed założeniem działalności gospodarczej. 2. Wsparcie finansowe na podjęcie działalności gosp. w formie jednorazowej dotacji inwestycyjnej dla 30 UP. 3. Wsparcie pomostowe-podstawowe dla 30 UP i przedłużone dla 10 UP oraz szkolenia i doradztwo specjalistyczne indywidualne wg potrzeb UP. Najważniejszym efektem proj.jest utworzenie 30 nowych mikroprzeds.,prowadzenie ich przez m.in.12 m-cy,zwiększenie ich trwałości poprzez wsparcie pomostowe (szkol.i doradztwo specjalistyczne po zał.dział.gosp.,przedłużone wsparcie pomostowe)oraz utworzenie w jednym z nich miejsca pracy.Na rynek pracy powróci 31 os. The objective is to increase the capacity to enter or re-enter the labour market for 37os (20k, 17M) without work through comprehensive training support, advisory services, one-off investment grants and bridging support. Specific objectives of the project: 1.Knowledge transfer and capacity building for business participants (UP) to undertake business activities 2.Increase the professional activity of the UP. Actions: 1.Support to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to undertake and operate 37-UP (20K, 17M): activities, including the diagnosis of training needs. up, computer workshops for 5UP, IPD for UP, training of ABC of entrepreneurship, Individual business advice for the UP before starting a business. 2. Financial support for business activities in the form of a single investment grant for 30 UP. 3. Support to 30 UP and extended for 10 UP and extended for UP, and tailor-made training and advice on an individual basis according to the needs of the UP. The most important result is the creation of 30 new microets, running through a m.12 m-CY, increasing their sustainability through bridging support (training and specialised counselling after departmental work, extended bridge support) and the creation of a labour market in one of them. 31 people will return to the labour market.
